Big assumptions in there. If ratifaction was bang on it wouldnt be 11p. The simple fact is this still has large hurdles to clear. I'm back to the thinking the risk is worth just buying on the day of risk removed.

If lithuim is going to double in price. Something like ishares MSCI Global Lithium ETF is a safe bet. Or long lithium. Risk hugely reduced but exposed to the upside nicely. Frustratingly we don't control government. See the fath around in Mali with RSG CEO.

The tricky part here. Many forecasts predicting over supply 2025 then moving into under supply 2026/27. Then pushing back into over supply. So these delays do have huge impacts. Atlantic Lithium need to be selling as much as possible. asap. So pushing into 2028 for full production might not take advantage of the next "boom". All just considerations of the impact of the school playground behaviour in Parlament.

Agreed, this is a very attractive producing asset at most prices. However most were wrong on the recent years pricing, so credability for forecasts in 3 years are all most zero.

I'm pointing out the lithium boom can be regarded as COVID 2021/22 years in stock&asset prices. E.g should be disregarded as it blurs reality to the upside.

The reality is at the moment. $800Li minus $675AISC= $125 per ton x 365kt per year =$45.6m. Halved for Piedmount shared. Them royalties & taxes is going to leave about $10-15m of FCF a year currently at full production in 2027. A PE of 10 would be $150m/£116Mcap or share price of 17.5p with soon to be new ~660m shares in issue. Previous valuations mean nothing unless spot prices get back up, never mind with no ratifaction.

Keep your eyes open to fundamentals. Thats assuming no debt, purely offtake funding.

Nearly always better to go in after achieving all hurdles, and sadly as can be seen by 100's of examples in the jnr mining sector.
