NWC has a price target of 12c so current 6.6/6.7c from the rival still leaves a fair upside. 8c for 50% increase. And not taking in the likelyhood of copper in the future years to come imo. At these levels alot of risk is priced in. Buys it the 130's could make solid returns. Either with share price increase or 13% dividend(which would be cut if any non producing asset is bought obviously...)

Brokers concensus is £2.13 reduced but still appealing.

What have they lowered them to. Many above £2

Re-read the NWC RNS, deadline 17th July 5:00pm sydney.

It was announced today "The Panel considered that the termination of NWC’s proposed placement to CAML

as announced by NWC on 7 July 2025 sufficiently addressed its concerns in relation

to the placement.

The Panel had concerns regarding the delay in the market being notified of CAML’s

offer price increase but was not satisfied that the effect that the circumstances have

had, or are having, was sufficient to justify the making of a declaration.

The Panel considered that it is not against the public interest to decline to make a

declaration of unacceptable circumstances.

On the basis of the above, the Panel decided not to make a declaration of

unacceptable circumstances."

Deadline of tomorrow to respond to the bid?

I would say the divi has been above policy for a while. So imagine it drops in the short term.

With copper up ~37% YTD and copper the main source of income. I feel the drop has been over done and copper price not priced in here.

At these levels bad news is priced in.

With the potential the improvement in production. H2 might have some lift.

NWC is still value accreditive at current bid also.

Smells like opportunity at 145p.

Good to see. We've seen it a few times too many with no action. However hope is not lost for this parliment sitting to action something. Talks have been advertised. Back in the 6's until the excitement returns.

On a positive. It's getting talked about. The concessions are being brought about from both sides. Hoping for a reversal of what happened last summer e.g shareprice decimation after no Ratification when 'promised' in July last year.

Osisko makes ongoing payments to CAML for the delivered silver, typically a percentage of the spot silver price. In this case, CAML will receive approximately $6/oz for its silver production, according to Central Asia Metals Plc.

~$2m rev instead of $12m per year. Pretty muxh discount all silver to CAML until new mine gets built.
