Cant see one penciled in. It should be an attractive RTO. Quality BOD have kept this running as they know of the tax benefit and cost benefit with the listing status. Just needs PI's to be patient. There are some huge firms around the world that arent listed and are jsut owned by investors - take Aston Martin as an example who are looking to list but have not yet done so. It just depends on the hurdles to overcome if its a change of business and if that affects listing status etc...

Gives them the ability to move forward with cash to acquire assets and us to get a return from the new business model.

Special dividend and a wind up via a Members Voluntary Liquidation would be what wed all hope for. At least 15p a share for getting the right price for the mine. Ive pointed out before that the big petroleum firms need something like this to change direction reflecting the need for copper rather than petrol as people will need to charge electric vehicles in the future.

It seems that way... The shares that Directors can at least put out without the need for approval at the AGM. Cant expect much movement until they clear. A catalyst would be a completed seismic report for Badger telling us how much is there and ours.

If there was something to buy into thats flying you could understand but there is currently no rainbow to chase.

With G6 well news being due because it was banged into early production they'd be stupid not to!

Long way off? This coming winter... Not long at all. Placing, we'll have to see and I'd expect the price to be higher so it's a case of fewer shares needed to raise as much as possible. And that's if one gets done.

Before the close as this price wont be here long when that bond gets paid as the next stop will be a drill and then RMP will be on its way to staking a claim in 126mbo.
