Reckoning £1M for placing... that would be 5 billion shares roughly at todays price... I dont think they'll do that. That's huge dilution!

Nice to see some solid buys going through. IMO I dont reckon there will be a placing but instead there will be use of the loan notes and some kind of other agreement to allocate a portion of resources lifted to the Indo's.

Emil - there is no RNS because one hasnt been announced by the company.

Obviously all depends on price for the asset and terms but people just saying placing off one tweet that's not come from the company can cause panic and people to sell. If the RNS gives a good steer that the placing is guaranteed for the asset and placing is sold forward at today's price or higher then that's fine. But an enormous placing at this level will mean that long term holders will have to wait even longer for a return unless they heavily average down.

Be careful relying on that tweet. Indo sources aren't company sources. So rather than placing there's loan notes or other ways to make a deal.
