By past you mean Okyo Pharma Corporation which sank by 80 percent in Feb as it failed in AIM and the West African Minerals Corporation it was named before that? Total assets are only 2 mil and cash 2 mil (are they one and the same?) And market cap is 25 mil... it's got bail out and run written all over it. Other than that, what else do they have?

Doesn't read great to me but perhaps there are plans for the future as detailed by Latino. If I was reading that I'd be selling out and buying back in lower. If the BOD are inexperienced with public relations maybe the first heads up they could have is to put this out at 7am or during trading at the very least, otherwise it looks as though it was deliberately hidden late on.

I think it has been pointed out before as well that correspondence with Cathy has gone from frustration that all are waiting etc to now being eager and positive with responses. We can only see what the next news will be with the presentation.

Chill out Harry. Other posters have indicated finance and approval would be all at once on past comms with the company. Yes there's no specifics as to when the deal was struck but in here there are two bits of news in the sense that there is funding and that there is an off-taker. To answer the maths, if a placing was to take place at 0.5p then that'd be 600 million shares nearly if we was to take the burden single handedly but we are 40 percent of this deal. (Half of Shorecan with 20 percent of Essar being elsewhere) I don't believe there will be a placing unless we are going for something else in the short term and need the financing. But if we absolutely had to then that 20-33 mil would be more like 8-14mil.
