I've nothing in HL. I can't find anything in their entire directory either relating to corporate actions for Andalas.

Instead of coal I'm hoping for something full of hydrocarbons and in two locations. Or even better ADL get "gifted" some sites in exchange for some "gifted" shares. I'll happily offer to giftwrap and bow the shares myself if that happens.

Feel like a kid in the run up to Christmas... 7am everyday looking for an RNS being like opening the doors on that advent calendar knowing that one day I'll get to that big one!

Some nice chunks being taken up there... Floyd, I hope it's to move things along faster. All depends on the purpose of the shares issue whether it be for funds to acquire assets or to play swapsies with.

Good post FB. As news flows, shares get snapped up (or exchanged?) this should then move swiftly. Tiny mcap is the key.

And that's why either news needs to come fast (or they won't shift the shares!) Or the shares need to go to someone in exchange for assets that are already producing. Hopefully the BOD are smart enough to do something like that.

So that's out of the way let's get things moving now.

To the agm do we know? I'm sure the 3bn will pass as will resolutions for future issuing. Just hope that it is used wisely and news now comes quickly.

Seems to be a pattern though where it is being held at this price. The ups and downs are irrelevant until news comes although I'd rather see a higher price when news does come.

Could be wrong or could be right but that has happened to me as well where I have sold for it to turn around. I haven't a massive holding here and I've bought in at the lows. I now only look for unloved shares that appear to have a turn around story and thats why I'm here. The consolidation in time may bring more dilution if the business needs the funding to develop but if the right deal comes about in the next few weeks or month max, it might not need it.

50k loss! I simply wouldn't have sold! Can understand why you question so much and have no trust for the BOD but to basically accuse them of fraud with your "theory" is a bit too much perhaps?

Eagle own Holywell - last RNS gives that one away. "Eagle, through its wholly owned subsidiary, has a 66.67% interest in Licence P2112." As for the balance, a balance is usually needed to prove you can continue to fund an operation before the bills get paid.

If approval unlocks 3bn shares in exchange for assets... even better
