Sometimes people will sit on a share and let it settle. Same happened with RMP, it sat there for ages at 1.6-1.7 before working it's way up to 3p (that still has some way to go imo) and same here people should wake up and realise the now potential that this firm has. I would love though if an RNS putting placing rumours to bed came out and if we knew how much of that 111mil we could get back. That alone could be worth alot more than our current mcap.

I hope so but if we also go for an already producing asset that can go up in volume I wouldn't say no if it was for a sensible price or even if in exchange for more shares.

Description of the transaction looks like they are buying a company out so the question is, does this company also have an interest in these other sites? If yes then another RNS may follow post completion.

Right time to add again imo... I see alot of stocks that spike and then trickle upwards with good gradual rises. When the deal is done and more figures come to hand expect this to rise. The other party in the transaction must be confident too by taking such a small number of shares in the deal.

Agreed brainer. People will take out from trading it and some likely lost from trading it but what baffles me is that those that went along with this company for so long when it had absolutely nothing now try and rubbish it when they now have two assets they can put their name against. Badger to be farmed out imo. Bunga mas to be developed, costs recovered to make extraction commercially viable for a minnow like us.

Firstly, Double, just move on... you are like a ghost haunting this place. No matter what they do you won't be happy. You write you are bringing stuff out but the way in which you write os very objective and negative. Yes you lost alot but as I've pointed out I don't go back to IMM and question everything there from what I lost. I've left it and thats that. The RNS is a good start. Resources aren't massive but for a company with an mcap of 2.5m they are a good start. With the cash to hand they can use that on development too. When people start to understand the numbers in that table this should move up a few notches rather than just being traded like it has this morning. Another important part is that against revenues as part of the PSC past costs are recoverable against exploration costs. So depending on how much this is, this is likely to make the contingent resources commercially recoverable for an operator like us. The deal is also another acquisition of another separate legal entity, making it easy to walk away from should any problems come about.

I assume they can't due to having insider knowledge. I would have preferred some options though at the AGM to further incentivise them. Can't head back to 0.02... calculate the mcap off that. Summer has a few weeks yet anyway so let's just sit and wait. I've a feeling those selling up will regret it.

Since this, there has been an additional fund raise and I do believe the facility mentioned is still available (we haven't been told otherwise). Patience is required here.

I lost 26k in IMM, you don't see me trolling the board on a regular basis and I certainly don't feel duty bound to go ahead and warn others. It's up to them to determine what could happen as it is here. People need to just move on, average down or write it off, stick it in the bottom drawer and come back in the future to see if they've anything worth taking back.

If news comes in get in and average down. Be quick though as it'd be a scramble. But I do wonder why you and other long termers that have either taken a loss or still holding continually talk things down...

Depends on what companies had it. If it was uneconomic for a larger company then that would be the reason. Centrica did have it I believe and they've already plenty going on. No business would commit resources to multiple sites all at once.

It's as if you don't want to see a return on what you put in during the Whitby era or as some of you apparently have friends in, don't want to see your friends get their money back. The key here is the mcap. At last there is an asset in Badger with farmout material being put together by Holywell and a newly incorporated company 100% owned by Andalas has been set up. You wouldn't waste time doing either unless there was some kind of positive future coming. Ignore the names and look at what's going on.

If the free float is all taken up before news the faster it will rise too. Inevitably there will be de-riskers, profit takers and those breaking even as it goes up but let's wait for some numbers before we individually decide what it's worth to us.

Haha yeah wasn't the best week but a good opportunity to obtain more if this comes in before that one does... (I'll refrain from mentioning it's name - the share that shalt not be named!) I'm hoping weeks here though for the price to rise as opposed to months.

Debenture appear to have been updated but it looks like an old one that's outstanding? I was hoping an old deal may come about that would see value come in off the back of it. I see you are in copl as well greendave... fingers crossed for both...
