Has been quietly working in the background. His strong leadership has borne real fruit. The market is now responding to all that hard work in anticipation of this deal.
We haven't been able to get funding so we insisted that w2tricity was responsible and they couldn't either. Peel have said they will help so long as we merge. No discussion.
Peel are the drivers here and unless this goes through we are toast. International players don't want to deal with 2 tiny entities. We can really go global as a single company in charge of licensing agreements. I'm really thinking of 1000s and 1000s of units worldwide.
Dilution is normally negative for a share price however as we are getting something in return then that would be offsetting. The market is approving because the sum of the two companies is greater than the two halves.

What's the point in planting leeks? I once planted them years ago and only a few came through. You just can't trust them ever again. Proof it doesn't work. Period.

Bob, can you keep your posts factual even if negative. At the moment they are appearing snide. I will attempt likewise in a positive manner. Thanks. No offense meant.
JD when asked in the interview said commercially 2020 would be ahead of expectations. So above £20 million. If he comes short we are still massively undervalued. That's a clue.
PersonA. The model which is proposed and from what I can see - the advertising actually make the games more interesting and more realistic. Certainly they are infinitely more preferable to banner ads or having to pay a premium for advertising free games. The market for in game advertising instantly becomes much larger too as people in third world countries can then afford to play free games and advertising becomes relevant to those players.
It's all eyes on q1. Yes they are slightly behind on the number of headsets but income per headset is going up all the time. Either way they are tantalisingly close to ebita breakeven.
Yes there's loads of them on here desperate to talk about any tiny negative angle. Just suddenly appeared. Funny that. Looks like they put on a short right at the bottom and are now desperate to get out!
