Bob, In his extensive interviews you could tell JD was super excited about bidstack's future. It wasn't fake. He did however say things that didn't transpire. Does that make him a liar? Possibly. Or maybe they were relying upon income from stadia which was stymied by Google. Maybe the new ad categoryrecognition was stonewalled ?
Is Google known for monopolistic behaviour? Just Google it! Does Google have contacts in the industry? Sure.
The positive if this is true is that JD isn't a liar but just a bit naive and so when he says next year income will be materially better then we can believe him.

Hopehound, this is powerful stuff. Whilst advertising is losing traction in traditional formats, in game targeted ads are exactly where the future lies. I see a real premium for this kind of tailored, engaging form of advertising.
