Yes he's doing it in a relentless, targeted manner. Like you say Helx is either really stupid (which I too am reluctant to believe),or he's trying to get in cheaper and realises the Bidstack potential.

I do know that bidstack technology is the preferred technology, we have the best advisors, monthly income is growing month after month after month we are in discussions with multiple agencies and partners and as the CEO has the best overview of the business I'll go with his assessment that 2020 will be better than expected.
