Totally agree. This was always a no brainer and is even more so now. Anzu are the inferior setup and we are the kings. Lots to look forward to.

Bob, as you love honesty so much tell me this. If bidstack is a flawed business model then why is it so good for Anzu and why then is bidstack taking away business from Anzu?

We are dealing with the legacy of the haste in previous years to make meaningless arrangements without a plan and a complete technical design.

 

I can assure you There is a plan and there is a technical design.

 

I am the only one with equity in both and hence stepped back from any negotiation.

 

I will welcome the opportunity to take full and overall control of everything I am responsible for in UK and elsewhere……the price arises as a bit like a ‘ransom strip’ and, whilst I am not wholly in agreement with the figure, I am happy that the Chair and Non-execs were very sure that given control and rights over everywhere I can bring a suite of deals to the table……these will follow in due course.

 

There will be a full briefing in the voting circular, but if you feel the need to communicate Dr Davies is the one to direct communication to.

 

One notes the market considers it a better position, although as I have often said I never understand the ‘market”

It's been some time since I last wrote. I hope you had a good Christmas and you have a great new year! 

Having been a shareholder for at least 8 years it's no surprise I haven't gone away!!!

Some of our other longer term shareholders are expressing concern about the 60/40 split, although I know this is still under negotiations. 

I understand the territorial agreements with w2tricity were signed away before your tenure however we note that apart from the Peel connection which it has to be said is pivotal they have not brought anything concrete to the table. 

What gives them so much value apart from the above and bringing back their corresponding commercial territories ?

We are concerned that most directors have w2tricity shares and phe shares as sole PHE shareholders who is representing us?

Wolves I tend to agree with the board that 40%for waste2tricy is a bit rich. I too will wait for the details. In the meantime I will address my thoughts to David Ryan. He may or not respond.

We are not producing co2 as degrading plastic whichever way releases the same co2.
