All small fast growing companies start with f/a. Now they are growing at 250% with a t/o of £6million. The fact that some people bought in at over inflated prices is not really my problem but I don't like anybody to lose money. ****t
So let's assume their growth slows right down from 250% to 100%. By the summer the turnover is £10million and average net profit is only 20% (I think it's higher). That's £2million on a multiple of 10 at£20 million valuation. That's a conservative 7x.
Your post is filled with selective waffle. These figures were taken from July's rns. They were growing at 250%. Since then they have opened a new call centre in SA. This is a rapidly growing company and the margins are an average. I take your point though about their most expensive broadband. Still I think they must be on 1500 new customers a month now at around £6million t/o. Another 6 months to go who knows what they will be doing then.
As stated in the July update margins for broadband are much fatter. Turnover at present is approximately 3.4million. Net profit of around £1million and growth of 250% gives minimum valuation of £10 million without the growth. By the time the finals are out this will be a 10 bagger minimum.
I spend 50 quid a month on my mobile phone alone. I own a small business where I spend 500 pounds a month just on broadband.... not sure which planet you are living on.
There's a big buyer in at the moment. They are not waiting for a cheaper buy in price. They have been confident to take this up to .9 pence plus and are still buying.
Hazel - rsi is looking stronger at 62 and toople are trading above the 50 day average. They are pulling in about 1000 customers a month which is about £200000 a month revenue equating to 2£million pa. As the mcap is £1.9 million this represents a bargain for a growing company. Will be buying on dips.
Not bought in yet but the revenue is going up exponentially. This is looking increasingly solid. Looks like revenue could actually quintile at this rate. Just looking for confirmation.
The number of ads is going up and up. All big names like you say - Hyundai, Adidas, Kia, Coca cola, HSBC, the NHS in total it's getting on for 30 now. Really impressive.
