Gore Street has valuable assets. No doubt about that and at a 45% discount to NAV it must be a tempting takeover target to

one of the many infrastructure companies. meantime we must also take into account the very high yield .

I am holding fast.

Terrific results, decent yield and low PE. Only thing holding it back is that it is a small company and they are all at all time low prices.

Also a prime target for a takeover I would think.

Anyone know who their large rivals are?

Huge contract award today should see good price rise. Already up 45% on this one, one of my largest holdings.

Seems a no brainer to me, with a yield of 5.2 % and a very low PE of 7 07%.

Just bought into this one for first time. It was tipped by Questor today in the DT. Hence the slight rise in SP i reckon.

Q says ,with high divs and recovery prospects, now is the time to invest.

Time to add to Zigup today with results out on Friday.

The NAV has barely risen since January, though the SP has risen considerably in that time.The market seems to have finally realised this and so the drop today.

Made good money out of this and will continue to hold.

Look at the Net Asset value which they publish every few days. VAV was the same six months ago as it is now, but the SP has continued to rise. The market only just seems to have realised this, so SP uptill now was more than the NAV.

Am still in profit here but thinking of selling. What makes me hesitate is the enormous difference in the SP between GSK and AZ. The latter is 40+., which makes me think this claim is all in the price already.

I am still holding on to my shares in the hope that the current offer is refused and an increased offer is made .

What a premium!

Was thinking of buying more stock, being 25% up on by buy six months ago.

That is until I read on yahoo finance that EPS is forecast to decline by an average of 14.1 % for the next 3 years. and that its high debt is not covered by operating cash flow.

Time to cash in rather than buy?

From my reading of the scheme document, the last dealing day will be 27 May, which is three days after the general meeting of shareholders. After that, you will not be able to sell your shares.

So let us hope there is a better deal on the cards before then.
