The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
OC because we needed urgent money in. We had to have that money in or sell the company at that time. But during that time we had just got rid of Ayten and DC was still talking Plan A and Plan B bs.
Q if you decide to sell your house because you have financial difficulties but until the sale happens you max out your credit card doesn't mean you do not plan or have to sell the house. The royalty and the stake sale do not mean we can go to production. Not even close.
Fort you are comparing apples and oranges. You are aware that Oz is a producing asset. The rationale to do that acquisition is different from potentially acquiring SG.
1981 so you know for SURE nothing is going to happen is that right then? You do not read and continue with your uncertainty rambling. Obviously it is uncertain. Only death and taxes are certain. Again if it would be certain I would not write it here I would go and buy more stock and sell my house and buy more stock. Let's try to stay intellectually honest.
1981 nobody can know the answers of your question. It would be insider trading if one would know for sure. How can somebody know with absolute certainty who the bidder will be. The bidders here are self explanatory. The bid price will be based on NAV. Given this is a development project it will be based on assumptions around the cost to build and the price assumed for copper. To your third question we probably either look for a full sale or a sale of Cascabel only. In terms of date again if one would know it would be insider trading and we would be all millionaires. Given no PFS,DFS and other reports and no drilling and no proper management this will get sold one way or another. Given how quickly things moved so far since the merger announcement my believe is we see something in Q2/Q3.
Q, Let me try to frame this for you. So they have now delayed the DFS, PFS2 and Provenir. Means they massively reduce the budget they had in the MD&A from $80m+ to maybe $35m. Means they have enough cash to get the best result from the strategic review. Them pushing out the DFS just means no production. They also have said that multiple times that these studies are useless. You would only say that if you do not intend to go to production. Think merger in Q4, stake sale of CGP shares in Q4/Q1. Full sale of ENSA/ Solgold in 2-4 months!
Bob indicates in the article that these studies are a waste of money and that a sale or partner at asset level is achievable without these studies. So do not wet the bed. This is from another investor: "We are not going to be building this mine and anybody who is will take our $60 million study and throw it in the garbage. To [complete a feasibility study] DC will dilute [...] and weaken SolGold [....] "
Maxit is Solgold, Solgold is Maxit. I am not on the same thing you are on that is for sure. Have you checked who the interim CEO is?! Do you know who planted that guy at Solgold?
You are not listening even if it would be Bob himself telling it to you. Ah correct you are not. Because this article is so blatant so unpolished. It cannot get more obvious.
Correct that means it gets sold. You can claim victory when let's say Rio Tinto buys Solgold and you own Rio shares that it was Solgold after all that developed Cascabel. Hahahaaha
The article says there is no more studies happening. It is very obvious. Bob says even the PFS was useless i.e. you can sell this business even without that.
The article clearly quotes an investor saying this is not going to production and also Bob who say he looks for somebody to develop it and not Solgold. Bob is further quotes in saying that there are multiple parties interested in Ecuador, which by default means also Solgold/ ENSA.
BrokeNovice depends who you are serving. If you think we are all here to serve BHP/NC you think this is a bad deal. If you think the company should be doing the right thing and contemplate a sale and put the company on a sound place then you think this is a good deal.
RK imagine Guyana acquirer Zinjin comes in and acquires the stake from CGP at 20p. After so many years and less risk. Would be a great move.
It is a filing from the 21st October.

Hey Hubris the date is the 22nd. It is on Sedar.
market recovering we are selling off. this stock and its shareholders need to be released from this continuous pain
I really do not understand how one can think we can raise money with this mgmt team to get to the DFS. Let's first raise money for the short term and see. I believe CS is here to sell. Not get diluted. If they would have believed more funding to reach the DFS should be raised they would have waited with the merger.
People are rewarded or punished to have a view. People will write good things or bad things depending on their views or even agenda - if you want to call it that. At the end of the day people are old enough here to decide and vote with their money. And even if someone wants to trash or push the stock without being involved even that has some value. If you have the opposite view to what someone writes, I think you/ people are free to argue against it. no harm done.
