I don’t believe it will be ‘dead’.

Under Robbie’s stewardship this company has been kept alive and kicking, and now it can be steered back onto a profitable pathway. Not only do the new partners bring much needed finance, but additional financial and technical expertise to assist in this.

I agree with Jerseycrew, it is PKF that are now restraining the company from getting back into production.

Perhaps someone could prepare a statement of complaint that we could all approve and have sent to their head office to show our disgust.

Namibia, I’m all for it. It’s what CHAR do.

Use their expertise and connections on the continent to add to the basket of potential opportunities.

IF offshore and onshore operations develop into income streams, should they bank all the profits, issue as dividends or spend some to open up other areas to exploit?

While the forthcoming Anchois drill is very exciting, and the onshore situation may be greatly expandable, and totally owned by CHAR, one should not ignore the other facets of this gem that get virtually no market valuation or shareholder attention.

The focus of the world is on green hydrogen production to provide energy for many types of industry, including fertiliser production.

And photovoltaic energy is also being intensely focused on.

CHAR have already been there for several years and more and these are other facets of the jewel that are awaiting polishing.

It is the value in depth that is what makes this investment worthwhile,

Their contractors, their mates.

A well was drilled, either missed the target or was blocked with drilling mud.

Don’t see that as a fault of the contractors.

Same for the sidetrack.

Contractors need to be paid. I was unaware that they were mates of the bod.

Shares get allocated to directors as a reward or bonus in all companies, nothing sinister there.

Again you allude to the directors past and present as crooks.

But you fail to provide details of their crime.

Now it’s me that’s out of my mind for backing up your accusations.

I expect if we had hit a reservoir producing 1,500 plus you would be singing the boards praises.

You invested, your choice.

I just don’t like people who sling their muddy slurs just because they have sour grapes when they have lost their money.

Once finalised, if ever PKF ever do finalise the audit, I would hope that the company can issue the new prospectus, and complete the share deal and financing. Then it could re-list, pending a further audit.

At this stage, if the above takes place, it probably makes more sense for these tardy auditors to continue. They do have all the information at hand and are familiar with the company’s finances. Then sack them.

I would personally rather see the company back on the market, albeit for weeks, and get an idea of how they are now valued, than wait another protracted period.

My biggest concern is the lack of an update.

Are there hidden problems that the auditors have brought to light?

Why no news on the second payment?

We must all hope that there is nothing sinister lurking, waiting to be announced.

But please, please, announce something.

Now that the financing is out of the way, and the scaremongering has finished, this should maintain a blue trajectory now.

Unfortunately, nowadays, wherever you go there will be a couple of louts trying to cause disquiet. HC has constantly spouted derogatory nonsense about the company.

I expect he feeds on the reaction he provokes and then goes into a dark place to play with himself. His form of stimulation.

Fortunately, most people here are really investors, and at one with the company. I have learnt so much reading informative posts here, please don’t let these creeps stop anyone contributing to the pool of information.

None!

If you made your false accusations to the company under your real name, instead of while hiding, they would be able to deal with you in the appropriate manner.

Thank you for your response.

You seem to be an experienced trader.

I think that you have to take into account that most of us here are more read, research, buy and hold for a while and hope we did right types of shareholders rather than actual traders. At least, that’s the way I read into the various posts.

I find your posts interesting, but perhaps the technicalities need to be elucidated a little more clearly for us to appreciate what you are doing.

I did understand the overall sense of the post but have to confess, like others who commented here, got somewhat confused by the way you presented the information.

Keep on posting, but remember, I for one despite my age am quite dumb when the talk gets technical.

I wish you good luck but don’t think you need to trade here on CHAR. The fundamentals are so good that I believe we will now see a steady but sure increase in these shares.

Just my opinion, but CHAR looks better the more I get to understand the various facets of the company, and I believe that once the income stream starts, we will be involved in some seriously profitable new ventures.

If you have knowledge or proof that the BOD have given funds or assets to their mates, please share it with us. So many posters make allegations on here without supplying any corroboration. I presume the company will attempt to acid wash the well. While this is a standard industry procedure, and is not a lengthy process, it does need cash to pay for the acid and chemicals and their transportation.

I regret the lack of communication by the board. However, I hold shares in three AIM companies

that are at present de-listed, and one has not issued any information for many months now. BCE and the other one are about on par.

We know that RP has declared insolvency, as they are required to do under German law. I would imagine that BCE need to wait for these proceedings to be finalised and a plan agreed with creditors BEFORE they commit to further expense on a well clean up.

Like them, we will have to wait until the outcome of the insolvency proceedings to know the current state of play.

The gold is there and becoming more valuable every day.

The Chinese in particular have an insatiable appetite for the stuff.

It is probably one of the best investments to be in right now.

Valiantly, the company has proved the gold is there and extractable, albeit at uncommercial levels.

Each improvement in processing saw more revenue, however, just not enough to keep things afloat.

We do not know the reason for the delay in the new finance, but we do know that the first monies were received. This is all positive.

We also know that a group of experienced businessmen decided to invest in the company, and felt that the revised business plan and financial structure was sound.

Sometimes the bus arrives late, despite the timetable.

Just remain patiently in the queue and keep hold of your ticket.

There is every reason to believe it will still arrive.
