There should not be a great deal of accountancy work to review, as there has been little activity here for a long while.

Just hope they can enlist a more trustworthy set than the current lot, or do a deal with current auditors with strict, enforceable timescales. I.e. financial penalties.

The FCA are fully aware of the delays due to this extraordinary longstanding audit.

It seems that several other companies are in a similar position thanks to these same auditors.

They will be aware of that also.

It is reasonable to conclude, despite your pessimism, that if the company submits viable proposals regarding submission of out standing accounts, that they will be granted leeway to help to recommence activities.

So as I read it, there is no value in Aaqua.

I would ask growingballs just what is the value that I should be concerned with.

If the company is not going to return to the market and continue its activities, it should close down and share whatever it is worth to shareholders.

If interest rates go down that should mean more upward pressure on the price of gold.

I am sure the bod have considered all manner of energy generating uses for the land. They seem a very capable, forward looking bunch of guys.

Get the oil flowing first, then speed up production with either their own resources or by way of a farm-in.
