On reflection I feel I need to clarify my post.

I generally seem to be in line with your thoughts about the company and its directors.

There are some malicious people on these boards who seem intent on insulting genuine decent folk. I’m just glad that I only really meet them here and not in person.

Whoever can suggest that you would be polite if the chairman of GCAT excreted in your home should be ashamed to have written that.

I remember the excitement and enthusiast surrounding the directors initial take over of the company. They looked like honest, genuine people with high hopes for the future.

Unfortunately, it seems that their inexperience and lack of knowledge of the industry and what the future could hold in store stacked the odds against them.

I don’t believe Robbie is a crook and a liar, despite all the unfounded claims made here.

I do think that he has made many silly mistakes and blundered into a series of bad decisions, but I think he is a genuine good guy trying his best.

Before the current proposed finance lifeline, most people were writing off the company and the bod as a loss. Some of us were of a different opinion.

Well, despite these recent setbacks, I for one believe in the fight Robbie has been making, and he has obviously convinced the investors despite the current debt problems coming to light.

So carry on posting in a positive manner, as I for one enjoy reading what you write, just beware of those with other motives coming on here and being contrary and even abusive.

The reality is the following, despite the malicious posts.

The company is self financing thanks to astute investment of our monies.

The well was a complete success.

The well could be put into immediate production and produce high, short term profit.

However, if the well is drained, the pressure imbalance created would put a lateral drill in jeopardy due to the created pressure imbalance.

This is a well managed company being steered in the right direction and we should be proud that we chose to place our money and our trust in the board of directors.

They have shown that they have everyone’s interest in mind.

We were told that the company would be publishing accounts and returning to the market this month.

I suggest, instead of the inane and inaccurate comments, we wait quietly without mouthing off without knowledge of the facts, and see just what transpires.

Hopefully we will have some answers soon, instead of malicious speculation.
