What you should realise is that you only have some money invested here, or perhaps not and you are just a troublesome soul.

The BOD have invested their time as well as cash into this company. Even if mistakes have been made, they are trying their best to make this profitable. People don’t try to run companies just to eff off their shareholders as you suggest.

The share price has dwindled as it has become clear that there is little of any immediate worth here.

Onshore is a damp squib or they would be producing from it. They have the funds, so why no action here? This was one of the stated aims for the fund raise.

Anchois looks like another story, a fairy tale. Will Sienna stay or go? Can ENOG screw the Morrocans to justify more investment in this overhyped well?
