Just think they had been pitching to institutions etc in US to raise awareness and a good opportunity to secure finance whilst available.Know they had a choice of sources and take it while you can as whole lending climate could be different in 6 months time and they have been between the rick and a hard place before US listing

Morning Was trying to highlight the fact the BOD focus more on MC as a measure of how a company has performed rather than many PIs who often make judgements based on SP. Jason-I did expect the next tranche of funding to come via a partnership deal and that that money would be ssentially used to start the HABP trial and thought they would use debt finance like the Hercules deal to finance the US commercialisation set up. Just thought they would start the HABP p3 with partner payment and use debt finance about mid 2018 when we know they would probably be near the end of their current cash pile. Know that they always like options and the Hercules proposal was the best offered but they needed to take the $15m straight away.Thst us the nature of these type of deals. As for partner potential there are a series of due diligence discussions ongoing both from interested party�s old and new. The big issue is you can only do these deals once so you need to get it right to maximise the return and the big prize is the US.MTFB have always intended to commercialise in US themselves BUT they always have to consider that a major pharma could come in and want global rights.Normally these deals would be done at Approval stage but you can of course structure deals with milestone payments etc. Know there are a number of scenarios but it is a bit of a game of poker.It is not about doing a deal as they are not desperate for the money and they fully believe that they will get a Approva but does ngbthe right deal. I know many PIs just want a deal but the ramifications of getting a good deal or a great deal are huge in terms of added value to SH. Sorry can�t give any clearer indication on which way this will go but hopefully highlighted some of the issues/options at hand.I trust the BOD to make the best decision so am col about outlook. My understanding is they will make a decision on the HABP side in 2017 so there may be a clue or two soon

Whether you are bull or bear short or long makes no difference to me and market cap is much more important than SP but being fully funded until,commercialisation gives you a big clue about future here. Don�t pay too much attention to what market values MTFB today apart from making it a smoother ride but I can guaranteee I know a lot more about the value of pharma than you. Getting a drug to this stage normally will cost in excess of $1bn but to get one in such a hot space $2.8 bn opportunity in US ABSSSI alone with a current market cap is a steal. Please feel free to openly debate or you can continue to post your informed views of heading to whatever SP. What I would like is what YOU think MTFB is worth and happy to accept DCF or peer valuations

Point is anyone who turns up out of the blue with multiple posts on a share where there are plenty of informed LTH is doomed to failure and normally a very good sign

The individual products are licences by specific states and if you look at the poultry ones they are licensed in about 25+ states whereas the cattle Ines are only inmabout 18. Shows the I terms and priority in poultry

Jesk The field trials here are extensive as once these large poultry guys make a decision they will put all their stock on the regime.They don't do it piecemeal s the reward is huge. I promise you it will be well worth it and as the poultry life cycle i.e. Weeks for broilers is so short then the trial results will be well documented by now

No worries Saw there was another you tube video on cockroaches as well as house flies and also demonstrated repellency which is an important concept. Sorry about being bit clandestine at times and apart from working with some of these guys in the past I don't have any specific access to TYRU. Just know the AH space really well but there are a couple of specifics I can't comment on as it is a direct conflict of interest.Hope this makes sense.

Yes I can't comment on certain things as I work in the sector. But in poultry you either have 1% or 99% market share if they like it.

Thanks for posting. Look at the numbers i.e. Addressable markets $800m human health and $7bn AH. Look at proportion of human health which is insect repellents biige than head lice Look at new product pipeline virtually all AH including small animal flea/tick sector which is the area they know best. Comment on field trials yes they are e pensive nut nature of chicken industry is a few.extremely large producers so convince them and you have huge market share. If you were the BOD would you sell human and concentrate on AH to me all the evidence is this will happen
