Hi Ian As far as I recall Invesco never had any shares pre MTFB.They certainly has none in Nuprim which acquired the Iclaprim assets of Arpida and which MTFB took over on AIM launch. The first involvement of Invesco was in June 2015 at the 50p institutional raise.and they have supported the US pls I guess to maintain there 25% holding. Not good today but nothing in results a surprise to me and little new.

Think the big issue was the fact the Combo did not add anything to the CI(Keytruda) so big issue is some patient ya respond much better than others.So need to stimulate the T Cells more. So imo response will be really in viewing Combo trials with CIs and out,outlook for all IO therapy�s As Hugh says Nuvec is a platform and dint think it is a specific delivery issue here. We know that nano technology is being closely looked at but that is only the vector what is important is the actual technology and any adjuvant tequired

Preferred option is to partner a similar Company in AB space and these are pretty evident who they are PRTK,AKAO,Nabriva etc or with a partner already selling in to these hospitals but with no AB. This is for US only and whether partnership is with a pharma with or without an AB they will be complementary.The very specific target market chosen by MTFB is to ensure Iclaprim is complementary to the new ABs and only competitive with likes of Vancomycin.

Morning Nice RNS. Perhaps one of issues regarding delay in submitting NDA was not getting confirmation of fee waiver news until now. Sure there is other stuff being delayed but if they had started submitting before fee waiver it may have compromised it. They would not mention that to market in advance as they are paranoid about being presumptuous with the FDA

Yes that will set the timeline so once submission is confirmed it will be countdown and that is FDA derived. Think critical point is NDA submission acceptance in 3 months or so as that will trigger confirmation of US commercialisation options and that will confirm potential

Asssuming submitted April or very early May then the FDA have 2 months to accept submission so will respond June/early July.Then the FDA have 6 months under Fastrack to Make de ision on Approval. So they will decide in December/early January 2019. Assuming positive I would estimate they would launch 2-3mo this later so March/April 2019.

In response to your question to C7 regarding MTFB. Should have submitted NDA for Iclaprim in Q1 but now likely in April(see recent RNS).Extremely high chance of Approval given urgent need for new ABs and top line positive results in phase 3. Two milestones in April should be detailed Revive 2 readout at ECCMID and submission of NDA. Then 2 month acceptNce iof NDA submission and then 6 months to be Approved under Fastrack so probably very late Q4 or early Q1 with launch 2-3months later. US Commercialisation route should be finalised by July and have 10 year protection vs generics in US and Europe from Approval under QIDP

Hi FLT, I was just seeking to give ball park figures based on a minimal range estimate. Once we know which commercialisation option they have chosen We will have a much better idea. Also have totally omitted any use for resistant strains which is not msinntarget market and also pharma valuation is very important to consider QIDP 10 year protection from approval

Evening Couple of points.No correlation whatsoever between Vancomycin revenues and Iclaprim potential as Vancomycin is generic and very ow treatment cost.Iclaprim will be specifically targeted where Vancomycin should or will not be used. There are 26% of the annual ABSSSI cases in US each year which will have renal impairment or 936k patients. Iclaprim wil be targeted towards the more severe of these specifically the AKIs(Acute Kidney Injuries) and would expect it to become the empiric treatment for 10% to 20% of the total in time.At a patient treatment cost of $3300-3600 then you can easily understand how it could generate US revenues of $250_500m per annum as well as ROW revenues as a percentage royalty. Plus of course you have HABP which could see similar revenues.

What I do find encouraging is the institutional investors who hopefully would be much better informed seem happy enough to hold long term at much higher averages than current and many PIs.

Accept there are differing viewpoints and that if you judge the Company performance by the SP then yes it does not look good. But I can assure anyone that the achievements of the BOD in raising over $90m and completing the Nuprim takeover,AIM and Nasdaq listing and progressing Iclaprim though 2 phase 3 trials with positive top line results with a staff of 7 and within 3 years will be judged by many as outstanding

Agree with Up chuck we won�t have to wait 8 months for catalysts.Think end June/July will be newsrich and once NDA acceptance decision is made think a lot of strategy will be rolled out Re US. Before then we should have financials so that will tell us a lot and also ROW partnership deals could drop anytime but again think are likely to be after BDA devisiin
