Hi GG/PR.
Huge upside if a pharma partner comes in but also there are real risks of no one coming in.
So much drivel posted on here and so many agendas other than simply posting what you believe in. It is in a total mess and the BOD must take full responsibility as I do for investing here and losing a lot of money.
It is the risk we all take but no one and I repeat if anyone can show me any evidence of anyone predicting the CRL and especially the specific FDA concern before the event I will apologise to them and congratulate them.
However there are many who turn up after the event claiming they knew what was happening and that is nonsense.
I have not bought it sold any in last 3 months but it was the St Valentine day massacre that did the damage not the last week or so.
The HABP pathway makes total sense for a host of reasons but I would really like to ask MTFB why they have not done anything before now and of course the trust and competence of the BOD is subject to a lot of caution compared to how I used to view them.

As you say the patient is not very well and like many I am not happy with the BOD performance especially since the CRL.In particular the silence and why wait until now to do a strategic review when it is obvious they needed to sell Iclaprim some time ago.
The way forward of a HABP/VABP phase 3 makes sense in that if someone is prepared to take it on and they will only do so if they think they have a good chance of success as they will have full access to the concerns of the FDA.
A successful HABP trial will place them in a good position to get both a HABP and ABSSSI Approval but it is obvious that the FDA concerns are considerable the why the elevated ALT and AST levels occurred and the risk of DILI.
Obviously the downside is they go bust but the pathway is clear however they need a buyer with deep pockets to buy Iclaprim and of course I am much less inclined to trust this BOD than I once did.

Thoth slanderous stuff.Your objection here was purely related to size of market not one mention of DILI so don’t come the Big Man claiming you called it before the CRL.
Hardly inside as I have been here since the start over 4 years and along with most others have lost a big amount of money but don’t cry about it.
My confidence here before the CRL which no one called in advance was very similar to your confidence in SAR a share which has plummeted in value whilst you have been talking it up so any criticism aimed at me could be said to be totally alike to your activity in the SAR board so you are a total hypocrite.
You have come to gloat which is a terrible indictment of human behaviour when many have suffered.
Why don’t you go on all the other boards like SXX and many more and peddle your gloating or just stay on the SAR board where your ramping has caused a lot of people to lose money.
Since the CRL I have been largely absent as of course my confidence was shaken and I simply do not want to get involved in petty spats.
Of course the nasty folk like yourself cannot hold yourself back from gloating whilst you have made huge losses elsewhere.
I feel sorry for others who have lost money and make no attempt to hide who I am and many LTH know me and hardly have an agenda other than as a LTH.

Yes Hasiba in the absence of any news do we really think likes of DH would not have left or Hercules would want capital repaid if it was going bust on Monday.

MorningWould expect an RNS from Hercules postponing capital on loan to be paid and expect they have enough money to complete getting if minutes.The Sept comment was an estimate but we will soon see if the money runs out Monday lol

Don’t beat yourself up as you made a very good profit in a very short space of time so well done.
It may open up higher on Monday or head in the opposite direction in the next none of us know with certainty.
It is a great reward for short as well as long term holders and these gems are rare but the lesson is to DYOR this was a share always offering lots of potential and a tight free float and imo a clear buy at the lows of 1-4p over the last 2 years.
Yes then you did not have guaranteed FDA Approval which I have learnt to my cost elsewhere and this news came on Friday to confirm it hence the huge rise.
At end of the day you may not have had the 5-9 bagger and it is very likely to do well in long term but you nearly doubled your money in 1 day.Think we would all have enjoyed that whatever happens next week.

Well free this is much more one of my traditional picks rather than the other one and been slicing regularly so after a bad hit in Feb this has proved very lucrative for me and today is just icing on the cake.

I have sliced there a fair bit as got fingers badly burnt here.
They were just as confident of FDA decision as they were here so just shows we can never be sure of outcome.
What has disappointed me a lot here has been silence from BOD since earlier in the year. However elsewhere does show that if news reveals a comeback here then this will rerate.As I say without news on trial required and funding none of us know the outcome here and lot depends on your entry price.
Here I have a high average relative to current SP whereas elsewhere it is the opposite.
Many here now have low averages but is all a gamble to an extent.
You take a chance and lose if news is bad and gain if good or wait for news and lose none if bad but pay a much higher price if good.

Yes still here just patiently waiting for news.
Luckily I have made back my heavy loss here with a good FDA decision elsewhere so let us hope the FDA gods are with us.

Yes the questions were obviously unexpected but also described as trivial.
As you say just puts a little scintilla of doubt but still think the longer term outlook looks very good here and FDA Approval will be given but may take a few more weeks

Bedex I thought all the Stockport pubs were Robinson’s,Hyde’s but did Carlisle not have the state owned pubs and was a nice pint.

Considering this is a share with no news and no one wants to buy or sell there is crazy price action here up and down and very heavy volume driven by all the ATs

Yes Crumbs,The large number of epitopes gives a vast array of potential targets etc and yes they should take their time to evaluate the best prospects but at the end of the day it is the validation of this science which is the game changer not the “ state of the art” lab science research that is the true value catalyst.
That is the thing that will unlock the proof of concept and generate all the true excitement.
As we saw from the questions asked at the AGM especially the one on funding and cash runway it was asked in a reasonable way and of course it was answered accordingly.
No tantrums from the BOD about you can’t ask questions like that so that is one of the reasons why I felt the meeting was more positive than last year but I still believe in making the BOD fully aware of SH concerns but in fairness I did detect an air of contrition in certain of the responses and above else that was important to me

Just listened to again and think you captured the essence of Lindy words which were to the effect of they could well identify other targets beyond the initial Bion Tech ones which they may as well as other Company’s be interested in.
She then went on to say that Bio Tech as well as others could be interested in Vaccines and they could do a series of deals depending on the specific area of interest.
