Ah…you beat me to it Eyeson as I was just scouring Facebook for snippets. It’s obviously gone on National TV now with archive footage from the official opening of the gas processing plant at MK. The guy from the GOGC is not a familiar face, but they did have a clear out a while back and he might be able to point to a predecessor as a scapegoat when push comes to shove.

Underneath the video Google translate offers the following translation:

The two stated positions are clearly extremes and it will be the role of the Arbitrators to see if they can meet in the middle or somewhere near it I guess, but the fact that it has got onto tv screens in Georgia means that there are no hiding places now neither for the politicians nor the bureaucrats. They will not want/be able to to cough up any large sum of money, so I suspect that FRR will get to hang on to a significant percentage of the block, provided it is able to to demonstrate that, together with a big name partner, it has the ability to develop the resources to their full potential. To do so will surely be dependent on the outcome of the court cases in Cali and Texas though imo.

My understanding is there is a panel of 3.One chosen by FRR,one by GOGC and the last one independent.
Do we know if this is the case and has the FRR pick been changed or not engaged in any way.

We know that different agendas will put different spins on potential outcome and like many LTH this is all about the arbitration and no one can call the outcome here.However info seems to be growing as the 2 sides take their positions but even the Russian article posted by Looed refers to GOGC owning 50% of one of FRR entities so assuming this is true as been highlighted on lots of occasions must mean there is some conciliation going on or why bother.
Still believe a lot of rhetoric is froth and more pragmatic forces will win out assuming arbitration is nit totally one sided which find hard to believe.
I have always appreciated alternative views such as SR as he has made some good points however does anyone else find it strange that he appears to be constantly monitoring the board and often responds extremely quickly.
I am not doubting what he says specifically but why would anyone monitor a BB so closely all the time on a delisted share unless you were keen to clamp down on any particular discussion.

Freescot totally understand the points you make to SR re FRR deceiving folk but if this was a simple scam like is suggested then why did they not just go private and ride off into sunset.
The continued action makes no sense unless you think you are fighting for something worthwhile.we know people like the pig headed guys spending 10s of 1000s arguing over a neighbours conifer hedge on a point of principle but I really believe SN/ZM would not still be fighting unless they had a chance of winning.
May be a slim chance but certainly nit a scam imo

Am not disputing SRs highlighting of behaviour of SN/ZM and we all know FRR has plenty of form in not revealing full truth to SH.
Like you I have moved on as the outcome here is so uncertain.Personally I would be very happy to get anything back but certainly not dreaming of dividends.
Am happy we are all locked in as none of us can influence outcome and all opinions are only that so I don’t put much store on them and tend to judge things by facts which have been very short supply.
You can still argue things both ways but I get back to the principal point about the arbitration as being the determinant of the value of the box.us to do with the court cases is about dividing up what is left and if the box is worth little then no one really has gained.

SR nothing about this court process has been straightforward.If it was such an open and shut case it would have been concluded ages ago.
Yes you can argue about delaying tactics by FRR but whether this is out of desperation or part of some grand plan is a moot point as we have seen during this entire process that court cases can drag on for seemingly irrelevant reasons so I am sure that they can be dragged on by the reasons Seymour indicates as Ibthink many of us understand the legal arguments that could be employed.
That is unless FTI have done their utmost to unlock the 5% and no decision on arbitration means that full value cannot at this point in time be ascribed then court delays are inevitable.
As I said yesterday the arbitration is the critical point to determine the true value of the box and whether it is worth continuing fighting for.
Big value this will get sorted easily.Littke value then everyone is arguing over scraps abd they can rack up the court costs as much as they want as we are all locked in and won’t cost us any more money.

SR- I have always tried to be polite in past and respect to your posting abd acknowledge you have highlighted some salient points re info useful to decide on outcome here.
You may be right over amount owed but as others have said it is the arbitration that is key to the future here abd if the BOD thought they had no chance of meeting the payments to Hope why would they continue.
Anyway the outcome for SH is clear whatever the debt to Outrider is if FRR stays alive then good if it is dead then we have all lost.

unpleasantness has been brought to this board.I would have thought the possibility of a takeover by Bion Tech from the musings of an ex chairman of SCLP( sorry Ray) would be greeted with positivity.

Imo you really should listen to NXCs musings.As an ex CEO of SCLP he has a much better insight than any of us and therefore should be considered in that context.
No one is saying that it will happen but is a possibility but one based on the knowledge and expertise of someone who does actually know what he is talking about.
He does not have an inside track but his credence far exceeds anyone other poster on here re these matters and the argument is only on the possible SP not whether this type of scenarios is possible

Interesting thoughts and again we only have investor fatigue due not to the science but the lack of news flow and clinical progress of the various programmes.Talk of £1s per share or multi bagger potential of any share on AIM in an instant is invariably BS.So this kind of deal is more likely if at all.So the use of CVRs basically promises of SH benefit( like an option/ bonus) based on achievement of certain product milestones eg AMYT.Over time you can get a real rerate of any share like here but firstly you would need trial validation of SCIB 1/ Combo and then validation if other platforms but all that takes time and you have to fund things in the meantime.The prices at which any Bion Tech can launch a t/o would have to be set but they are unlikely to wait until any external trial validation as they would act before then as they would have the inside track.The major SH and BOD imo will likely back any proposed deal abd yes SH will get an opportunity to vote but I would expect any deal to get the necessary numbers.
