Lastthrow, I am not sure if you are aware, but very sad news on the AEX board yesterday. I only noticed earlier this evening, as I had not kept up with the board over the last few days. I am sorry to say Webmoor passed away on Thursday. I think the board will be quiet for a while. And rightly so. Really puts things into perspective. Apologies to all for off topic.

I have not read the board for a few days. I am absolutely gutted to hear the sad news. We all knew Webmoor would have been fighting the biggest battle of his life, and all quietly hoped he would win. But sadly, it was not to be. It has been a pleasure reading his posts over the last few years, and I will miss him, even though I was never lucky enough to meet him. The Aminex board has just had the shine taken away from it. If anyone has a problem with my post, then you can "go and boil your head!" RIP Webmoor, and my condolences to your family, whom I hope will look in on the board today, and see how much you will be missed.

A good post from SBP, which led to a more interesting evening of debate. Quite refreshing to read compared to people attacking each other. Although that is more on the other site (mostly the same people though, lol) If 8th Sep is the deadline for Polemos, and they are involved, I just think that it's cutting it a bit fine! No idea which way this will unfold. I think I will just wait for an RNS. Have a good weekend all.

Morning cp, oil and gas is his thing. Several years back he invested in a company in Belize, on behalf of his mum who ran a B&B. He thought his £250,000 investment was for 10%. Turned out to be 50%! They then expected another £1.5m from his mum to buy the rest. Moral of the story is, always check just how much you are buying, as you may accidently put a bid in for an oil company!

Lucky you Joey, retiring at 51. 2037 will mean I could retire a few years earlier than planned. Something to look forward to. The goal posts have widened somewhat. We are now expecting a deal sometime between this week and the next 19 years! Lol Daiwish, you won't have to go anywhere, everyone can meet up through virtual reality, or holographic projection to your living room.

No psychics involved. I have no idea iamrich, LT and seadog are very confident we are close to a deal. We would like them to be right. It's up to you what you make of it. We will see.

Morning Lastthrow, I am looking forward to the coming week, as I am currently having a couple of weeks off work, so I get to watch the fireworks from my sofa! Either that, or an RNS to say the fireworks display has been cancelled due to the health and safety contract not being signed! Brazil must be classified, as I struggle to find much info on that. Am I just looking in the wrong place? If next week does go out with a bang, I hope you are in good health, with a strong heart! I can handle a big lift in share price. I don't think anybody else would complain. Please don't slow it down too much on the way up! Enjoy your Sunday.

I can see how some would jump on this as being a complete waste of time. What new information did it give us? None at all. Of course there would be no new info, there are ongoing negotiations. Usually in this situation, we would be met with a complete wall of silence until the release of the deal. So we should be thankful that the effort was made to do a podcast, and show us that the company is still alive! It could be weeks, months, next year, who knows? It's up to each shareholder what they decide to do. All the best to everyone waiting patiently.

Not only seadog, even LT's post has gone saying he bought some more shares. Wow, can't even mention that now. Probably around 20% of posts removed every single day. Ridiculous.

Even better result. Desktop site states 7.77% increase, which would be correct. Mobile site only 4%. Not fussed really, at least they are both going in the right direction.

To be fair £1 a share is a tad optimistic at the present time. To say the least. We need to get over 2p first!! £1 per share if nobody sells for a year. Almost 5p then back to 2p if Lastthrow sells out completely! We all have a rough target price to sell, but I think this one could be a difficult call. With a deal in the bag, and a good one at that, a double figure price should be achievable. After all 10p is only around a £135m market cap. And how many stocks go a lot higher than that based on hype and hot air? Which ever way you look at it, I think we are all happy to be part of this story.

When you put it like that, it does swing it towards equity. Going from memory, it does state in an RNS that they will do there best to extract the most value from each project, for themselves, and most importantly, the shareholders. Could be an interesting few months here. We will wait and see.

Thanks Harry/seadog, it does state royalty in the December RNS as Harry points out. Looking at seadog's share price estimate on an equity deal, I can understand why the majority would go for that. If however, it does turn out to be a royalty deal, we will just have to suffer the pain of only 9pps! Lol.
