Exactly mainshare, I didn't disagree with that part of seadog's post. It does look very promising, and I have a very good feeling about being invested here. More so than I have in recent months. They probably just pushed them along in their swivel chairs, from one office to the other! #almostexcitingtimes

All valid questions seadog, except the refusal of a cash raise part. I don't do twitter, but I read the rumour. That will just be BS to suit somebody's trading position. But not impossible, as there should be something tied in with the deal to avoid more dilution, as we were told in an RNS. If they have only just taken on new people, I doubt we will have massive news immediately, as they need a chance to unpack their stationery first! I would love to see us with a market cap of £200m+, but for now, staying above 1p seems a huge ask with all the traders playing rinse and repeat. (It's quite tedious to watch, as I don't play that game) The end of year RNS, will probably not have anything too startling in it. If so, a drop is inevitable. It could be the following RNS that will be "the one." Place your bets now....

trytosmile, Talking of day traders. One person today put in nearly 4k, then sold 29 mins later for approx £100 profit! Ok, £200 per hour is a good rate if you can get it, but is it really worth dropping in that much for so little return? Somebody thought so.

That was my favourite part of the RNS, and an outcome I am hoping for. Especially the "significant value for shareholders" part.

I see we have our 1 trade joker, like yesterday. RNS absolutely nailed on now! Lol At least we have a glimmer of hope with the latest MFDevCo news. Poor chap had to start immediately, and going by sharelock's post it was 03:31! Wonder if he was allowed breakfast first!

Good post SBP, I have a question... If the negotiations are top secret/classified, until an official announcement can be made of a finalised deal. Then would Dommo even be allowed to name NUOG in their report?

The end of year results look more likely to be here before any other news of a deal. And like ShareTag, I am sure we are all curious to see how much money we have left. I have not suffered the years waiting like some here, but from holding long in other companies, I know all too well, that every time I thought the last raise would be the one were everything falls into place, it always turns out that another one is needed. But then that is the nature of the majority of AIM companies. It's timing things right that is very difficult. When I said a few months ago, that I didn't expect a deal until next year, I did mean It, but I was, and still am, hoping to be wrong. The problem is, the potential here is so big, that risking missing out on a good rise is too much to ignore, and none of us know when the news could land. Personally, I don't want to see another raise, but if we are close to something being finalised, and it really is just a few months away, then it would be silly not to raise again. Ultimately I would rather see the plan unfold within the deal that avoids dilution. And surely that plan needs to unfold within the next couple of months!

I can picture it now... Simon reads the email... "What! Shareholders were sent an RNS? This is outrageous. We must put a stop to this ever happening again in the future!" Sorry. My dry sense of humour. At least WOBWAT has made Simon aware.

Sharetag, Thank you for subtly dropping the hint that I made a balls up with my quote! I apologise to all. I wrote my post going from memory, without relistening to the podcast. I have now listened to it again, and realised that Alison did say "years" twice, but about a minute later in a different sentence. I am going to go to my room, and think about what I have done! The ironic thing is, people that know me, know that my memory is good to the point of almost being a curse. Apparently, not all the time though!! I always get annoyed when people quote other people, and get it wrong!! I will be a good boy, and double check in the future. Or I will just avoid quoting people! Of course Sharetag, you know what this means don't You? It means that as she said "a very long time," and that was back in August, it means news next week! Yay!

Good post Jarem, And good point about the tweets. I know people have moaned about them, but if another one is posted about Brazil still ongoing, after recent events, then that should be good news. I do not know enough about the complexities of how this kind of negotiation works. And we don't really know exactly how the structure of it will be. The first one is always going to be the hardest, as it's new to everyone, including the company. Yes, you are right, we need to wait to be told directly by the bod. I know LT cannot comment on the meeting, and I wouldn't ask him to. But both share holders involved came out very happy. So they were either just told what they wanted to hear, or there really is something good on the way....

JBelfort, Cobra, Yes, she said "years". When giving examples of other companies, and how long things can take in this industry. As Cobra just said. I should have said that the first time, so left that open to be jumped on. I just assumed everybody remembered, and knew what I was referring to. In the time of the last placing, it was clear to investors that it would not be long for a deal, based on the wording. We all would have thought by summer at the latest. So no, it has turned out, that it wasn't clear afterall. I have held shares in various companies for 35 years, and never had a spell of silence for as long as this. What is going on?

Cobra, You need to clap your hands, and rub them together over the share price! But don't do it for too long, as that bonsai tree needs tending to!

The whole Brazil thing has become a tad confusing. Well, only confusing due to us being led to believe the target we were after was the one that appears to now be gone. So it's either a case of it was the field, and we will never be told for obvious reasons, and they are now scrambling to find something else in Brazil. Or it's some other field that nobody has even considered. If we look back at Alisons comments from the poor quality podcast, she said "these things take years." Yes, she said "years." But that comment was immediately dismissed by a few people who then proceeded to tell us news tomorrow, news next week, then the week after, and so on, for months. And when I say that, I am not saying they all had an agenda. I do believe there are some genuine people on here. I think some were being misled by emails etc from the bod. So it would appear to me, that if the TM field was never on the hit list, then Alisons comments are most likely accurate, and we have a long time to wait yet for a deal that we know nothing about, and will be told nothing about, unless it is secured. I sat watching this all unfold yesterday, and had the chance to bail. But thought, why would I base my decision on a chat board? And as I bought in to be here when the first deal is done, I just kept calm and carried on. I know they say AIM is a gamble, but this is also turning into a blind date! Will she be a stunner, that lets us go to total depth, resulting in a gusher? Or will she be not as pleasing on the eye, and we have to plug and abandon? Your guess is as good as mine. All the best.

But has maybe bought some now. As for SBP, no idea, his research is good. But agenda driven? Who knows. All I know is, we were never officially told this was the deal we were going for. It's just been talked about so much by everyone, that a drop was inevitable. If it came to nothing. But I would like to remind people that we have still not had an RNS regarding any deals that we ARE actually going for.
