many are forgetting that we are due for licence extension news which will rerate massively.

its was delayed but flights were relaxed/allowed earlier in Dec which means they may have had the face to face meeting. as such, should be just waiting final signature which should not be long.

it could well be before new year! that will be massive new year present .

farm out can happen at any stage. many companies farm out even before drilling exploration (no discovery yet) while others after final flowrate discovery (which will be more rewarding to RBD). but you dont have to farm down all, just small stake, while at the same time let the big boy continue the hard work.

so, yes, partial farm out can happen before flowrate, after all, we already have discovery and that itself is a major milestone.

this will allow UJO /RBD to focus on other projects .
