i am looking at two cash shell company looking for assets

MUST = 9m mcap
ORM = 5m mcap

not sure when MUST to announce new asset, but ORM has stated will be on 17 Dec, potentially with oil asset in Tunisia.
ORM cash rich at 5m though mcap only at 5m, compare to Must with lower cash and mcap is much higher

plus point is MUST has strong directors.

which one will rerate from here?

its stated in the RNS just now :), if you put effort to read it till the end. lol

RNS clearly stated that they need additional funding. so i suspect placing is being arranged and expect announcement next week.

watch out for those pumping it as they maybe shorting it knowing well placing price will be most likely lower than 2p

yes, based on the price at that time, that 10m was a buy.
some traders exiting with their 20% profit, while serious buyers loading up big time knowing sp can still be 100% up from current level

disappointed that it was not approved.

the danger now for SOU is that bondholder can take SOU to court and take over our assets. Shareholder will get nothing!

dare i say, we have seen the bottom /dip just below 0.2p last week and now we are on the uptrend.
punters will start taking position as oil price is now around $50 and we should be back to 0.3p even without news
