Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
I suggest you read his last post of Aug 18th for the answer.
Thanks for the info. l&g : some day all of the mysteries will hopefully be revealed !! Best of & gla.
Anyone out there have an idea of how many more subscriptions (share volume) are yet to come from the outstanding warrants? My heart skips a beat every time I receive a news alert, only to be sadly deflated by more dilution. One day......
Please be assured I read everything that is officially released and anything that I find even remotely related to PFP on the web. I refer to http://www.alignresearch.co.uk/pathfinder-minerals/zak-mir-interviews-scott-richardson-brown-ceo-of-pathfinder-minerals/ particularly the statement at 05:10 about significant progress. In this regard I am still waiting.GLA
So today marks the Summer Solstice. I refer to Scott Richardson Brown's statement re: expecting significant developments before Summer - well it is here so I am expecting a mammoth price jump any time today !!
Having been a shareholder since December 2012 and STILL HOLDING believe me that had the share price hit anywhere near 19p for each share I had bought then, they would have been long gone before now !! My more recently purchased ones are doing rather nicely but I still think there is far to go for this company. GLA.
Scott Richardson-Brown CEO interview included the statement "significant progress made this side of Summer".
Referring to the Boards' expected time frame, deadline day for news of the done deal before summer is June 21st - 6 weeks from tomorrow. That is surely a short time to hold on and wait rather than sell ?
I posted that link ages ago goldminer21 but there were no responses to it on here then or since. Any news people on the AGM mentioned ?
Been holding since 28/12/2012 - could this finally be the year for a return on the share I was tipped on all that time ago ?? GLA
All things come to him who waits - provided he knows what he is waiting for. GLA .
Or has there been a sniff of the Maputo Court finally doing the right thing (after yet more UK Aid for Moz dished out) by recognizing the UK High Court ruling in favor of PFP ?????
Surely something has to give before too much longer, just hope it is to us poor shareholder's advantage. GLA.
Plus 8p anytime !!
I posted here a while ago about The General being in hot water with the board of Pathfinder Mozambique seeking his removal - no news since then but could be related. I am anticipating some sort of an agreement or ruling any day now. GLA
Yes indeed a Strong Buy now but, having dug deep twice since 2012, I am content to wait this one out. GLA.
And let us all remember that the Maputo court will be back to business next month - who knows, maybe a positive ruling also on the horizon after all ?? In my humble opinion this share is A VERY STRONG HOLD at present. GLA.
Well at least we have heard from the board at long last !! Now why have we not been told about these "good faith" negotiations going on in Mozambique before now and exactly who has been negotiating what with who ? All I can glean from the latest RNS is that AFG are showing "good faith" in accepting shares, not cash for their consultancy services. Will AFG will be negotiating and/or advising PFP and so againI question, what and with who? Am I missing something here or are the simple facts of the case to be presented m'lud an overriding secret?
Yes it makes your blood boil doesn't it to read : Britain is a major partner in Mozambique's development. In the current financial year, Britain's Department for International Development has allocated 47 million pounds in aid to the country focussing particularly on reproductive maternal and child health, rural aid, and the humanitarian response to the effects of the El Nino weather phenomenon. What is a real kick in the teeth is Mozambique are very happy to accept OUR money which the UK Govt. stupidly hands out, despite AUSTERITY, yet the same Commonwealth country refuses to recognize the UK Supreme Court ruling on the theft of PFP licences. Shame on all involved with this fiasco.
The General may not want to budge (no news on this anywhere - even his blog has remained quiet since 2016) but at some point in time the Maputo court will have to pass judgement on the licences ownership. Until then, when hopefully he will still be alive and compelled to do something or face the consequences, my take is that the bet is still on for a positive outcome despite the seemingly unwillingness of the board of PFP to keep shareholders up to date with what, if anything, is going on behind the scenes.
I have said before that the time to bale out would be if the largest shareholder (Align) start to sell off - at least an RNS would be forthcoming on such an event. GLA.
Well, we have all seen this happen before : up significantly and then down dramatically on NO NEWS !! Here we go again........
