Nice of the Board to produce an RNS giving us details which we, on this chat board, already knew about 3 days ago !! I wonder where and when they were alerted to this latest development? I can't find anything on the web about TMZ S.A. but also wonder why they would become the new "owners" of a licence when it is under the threat of international litigation. Interesting times and I'm slightly encouraged by the recent sea of blue for PFP on the market. Hopefully the Board will be quicker off the mark in future. GLA

Good spot but at this point does it really matter who, other than Pathfinder Minerals, "owns" the licence? The actions being taken are against the Mozambique Government for allowing an illegal transfer of ownership from Pathfinder Minerals and the recovery of damages and costs from Veloso & Co., as awarded by the UK High Court. The most important news now for shareholders, I believe, is more to do with the results of the revised analysis of and expected outcome from the said actions. GLA.

Results of the above statement should hopefully be released to the market as soon as they are known !! Seems to me that this information is of paramount importance before sitting down with the Moz Govt. In the meantime, I wonder who is doing the legal investigations and why shareholders were not informed?

A blank on the Mozambique Mining Cadastre map, where license 4623C used to be, could mean it has been removed for 1 of 2 reasons : 1. The license has been revoked 2. the license is in a now recognised international dispute process. Either way the contents of the Bilateral Treaty are still enforceable internationally so, until we are informed officially, I see no reason to panic just yet. Having followed the link and tried a few searches I ask, is the area concerned still showing on the map ? If so, then license details will be apparent.

Today's RNS and recent upsurge again smack of insider dealings and share price manipulation. Will this share ever come good for the private investor staying the course or must we continue to trade on the ups and downs of false dawns until the final curtain has dropped? GLA.

Been here since December 2012 so have heard it all before and digested all of the BS and misguided crap from the rampers/derampers. For now I remain optimistic that my investment will not dilute even further and end up going down the drain. So it's back to sleep to dream of the day when a deal is finally announced: someone wake me up when something concrete happens pleazzzzzzzzz.
