Moz. Govt. is rotten to the core. A very interesting story to follow though - something is definitely fishy here....oh dear!!

Pathfinder announces that its registered office has changed from Becket House, 36 Old Jewry, London EC2R 8DD, to 35 Berkeley Square, London W1J 5BF, with immediate effect. WHY?

FB - if memory serves me well I seem to remember reading that the Generals PFP shares were handed back to the company following one of the UK court cases and that a large sum of money was also awarded for costs, damages etc. The Board has hired some outfit to chase down Veloso's assets and he has certainly not been a shareholder for several years now ! As always DYOR is recommended. GLA.

The General and Diogo Cavaco may no longer be actively involved with the disputed Mining Licence, however, I believe they are still being actively sought after for monies awarded to PFC for damages and costs etc. I have not heard of any of their assets being seized yet other than the General's PFP shares. Could be that the negotiations include the Moz/Chinese side attempting to get one or both of these crooks as well as the corrupt ministry off the hook. Maybe I'm wrong but it will all come out in the wash one day soon I hope. GLA.

There is an RNS imminent surely which will fire up the share price to new highs. The Board have made it abundantly clear that serious negotiations are happening , including Govt involvement and, that PFP are in a very strong position for compensation in some form or other. I have not felt this confident of a good result in 8 years of holding : any day now.............GLA.

Another scenario could be a take-over by the Chinese. Exciting prospects in store here. Chairman reckons PFP are in their strongest position for several years : 3 years ago stock price hit 2.75p so today's price has plenty positive Buy potential. GLA.

Far from being ridiculous, this situation has continued to evolve slowly into something very exciting and promising. Notice that the Market Capitalization has recently increased to £4 million !! I am expecting a huge upswing this year on what should only be in future, more good news. The MOZ Govt , particularly Ministry Of Mines, and TZM must be more than just slightly nervous by now. The fallout in MOZ could also be very interesting to follow, once the settlement/judgement has been concluded. Heads will roll, methinks!! GLA.

I am totally bemused !! No news, the tax year end has passed, there are days of no/minimal buying or selling, and then suddenly a trade spurt. Go figure!!

Buy PFP for £2M ? That could only happen via a hostile takeover : with either shareholders agreement or fight to replace management to get the acquisition approved. Hmm, on reflection could this implicate AR somehow? IMHO the return of the licence is improbable as is the payment of a Moz settlement. I believe a new, similar licence to be offered to PFP is the easiest way out for Moz plus the extraction of damages awarded from Veloso. GLA.

Found them!! Looks like the Chinese outfit who purchased Veloso's interest in the licence. Translated from an official Moz Republic Report:

Spot on Adamsky - feeling more positive with Veloso out of the way (hopefully). I share your opinion that any purchaser of the license should have done due diligence. I do wonder if Veloso (or family) are connected somehow to TZM Resources SA, pocketed the dosh from the sale and attempted to cloud the waters ? If only I could find info on TZM. GLA

Amusingly, I just spotted this on the web - Veloso name meaning : nickname for a hirsute individual "hairy", "full of fleece" or "full of wool." I am sure all fellow shareholders will agree that the General is indeed full of something !! GLA

Well, looking positively on the latest RNS, a 55-60% chance of success with BIT is better odds than was the 50% chance of a meaningful agreement with Veloso. GLA
