RE: Djeno 58m Boe mkt cap only 7m19 Dec 2017 10:41
hahaha - that's a joke right? To prove my earlier points?
"Our 66.5 million barrels is worth 266 million dollars" Haha.
Potential mate - potential. Valueless unless they can prove it.
The reason they were able to buy the licence for $5mill is because this is a high risk drill. Once they've raised more cash, and found a rig they can use, there is still a very high risk of finding no ecconomical oil. The significant de-risking was the workover income, which failed.
The reality is that they raised 10m in early 2017 to drill 103 with the a business case hinged around workovers on existing wells producing income.
After 9 months they have... no rig for 103, workover failed so no income, distrust of bod for very very misleading statements about drill start date, 2 directors have jumped ship, very little cash left and an uneconomical remaining licence period. Where's the investmnet case now? Amazing the mcap has only dropped to £7mill.
No wonder he can't answer straight forward shareholder questions!
