what I find interesting about this RNS is they have gone from zero to 3.03% knowing they would have to declare at 3% or above, by doing so they have sent a msg to the market, they could easily have stayed just under the 3% and noone would have known that they had invested.

I think the Jan trading update will blow your socks off, this company has been a cash cow for most of 2020 and imho will continue to be for 2021, my TP is £14 within a few weeks...

5 billion new shares issued at .16, the sp has been sub .16 for most of the time since the placing, I doubt we have seen a significant dumping of the shares, they are waiting patiently to trade every spike

thanks Rubey, I'm aware of the 3% threshold and that no notification is required between 0% and 2.99% but the form clearly states 'resulting situation' so for me that infers it requires a disclosure whether the seller has gone from 5.93 to 3.01, 2.99 or 0%

my interpretation of the notice is that the holding has gone from 5.93 to zero as it is blank next to 'Resulting situation on the date on which threshold was crossed or reached', can anyone confirm?

more likely just profit taking as the sp was circa .4 quite recently so sellers sitting on a near 50% profit in a month

thx odins, I havent seen that broker's note so just a coincidence that I came back to a similar number. heid is a serious cheerleader for ujo (nothing wrong with that) she is always saying 3p but I have yet to see how she comes to that number, I am sure we are all curious - obviously it would be wonderful if she is right!

Hello Heid, you have often said your tp is 3p, may I ask how you come to this price and in what timeframe? for me wressle is "worth" no more than 0.1 per share and even if WN meant a windfall of £200m that's only worth 1p per share, plus some goodwill and a big fingers crossed for bisc, I cant see more than 1.5p in the next 12 months, thx.

the sp multiples that come with WN are much better for rbd than ujo, WN news likely well before wressle news so have been selling ujo and swapping into rbd today, couldn't resist any longer when the sp is 0.4
