my turn to ramp for a change. last week I emailed DB about the CTO - no response. This morning I emailed MA who has just replied as follows.
"Dear Sir, we havent had an update since 29th July. Can you tell me if the coiled tubing operation has started at Wressle? If not, please tell me when it's likely to start."

Dear Mr xxxxx,
I can advise that the coiled tubing operations have commenced at Wressle.
We will update once this work is completed and oil flow rates are stabilised.

well, if the CTO has yet to start how can this statement be true in respect of Wressle??? Do you if it has started??? Is the equipment on site??? please enlighten us

Dear Sir, it's clear to me that investors (including myself) are growing very concerned with regard to events at Wressle.
the RNS of 29.07.21 stated "The Wressle-1 well will now be subject to a coiled tubing operation to fully clean the production tubing prior to bringing the well back into production through the permanently sited production facilities."
Is it possible to tell me if the personnel and equipment required for the coiled tubing operation are on site? If not, can you say when they are likely to be on site? If so, can you give me an idea of how long an operation like this is likely to take?
Please be aware that few of your investors are likely to be oil industry experts so when RNS's are released it would be very useful for typical time-frames to be indicated, for example, the RNS could have said something like "Once the personnel and equipment are on site, the coil tubing operation is likely to take 2 to 4 weeks followed by 1 to 3 weeks for stabilised flow rates to be achieved". I appreciate it is not an exact science but when investors are given open ended RNS's they get very nervous.

I read that global warming is 10 years ahead of recent predictions, could it be that our rush to "go green" has accelerated global warming due to the massive increase in the manufacture of wind turbines, electric cars, etc? "Mere semantics in the scheme of things", absolute nonsense, there's a huge difference between GM spending half a mill of his own money on 60'000 shares and being awarded 60'000 shares, quite simply he didn't spend half a million of his own money despite this being stated regularly on here.

I'm fairly sure GM did NOT invest half a million, he was awarded 60'000 under the terms of the "LTIP" Long Term Incentive Plan. Hence the RNS states that he "acquired" 60'000 shares whereas other RNS's state "purchased", the details are in the annual report, just search LTIP.

Lenin, that was 5 weeks ago, hopefully their cash burn is fully funded for the next few months.

agreed, there's always a caveat or two in the RNS's! hopefully an update (good, bad or ugly) will be forthcoming if only to end the speculation
