The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
They'd be limited to what they could do with AFC's patents in place.
You've been here too long to sell out BB. The race event is only a couple of weeks. If you see the video, the race is only part of the bigger picture to campaign for cleaner oceans, lakes and rivers, free from plastics and polluting oils and to change how boats and ships are built and powered.
I don't see the logic in replying on 2 separate threads?
Mucksy, I definitely recall the moment about leaving useful equipment in remote locations.. Now that you mention it... What would that entail?.. If there were 4 remote locations for example.. Would AFC need to take 4 chargers?? And who would cover the loss of those chargers.. E1? AFC? or both?.. Would also apply to the XE race also?
Yes Mucksy, I am most of the time sifting through the dross of whingers, off topics and conspiracies. I must admit I had only just got out of bed for work this morning and didn't have the patience to look through everything for your link. It's so much easier to locate if it's related to the thread title... And other comments tied to their own thread title.
Mucksy, I reposted the ink as I couldn't find yours to watch. You may think it's a conspiracy but it's the truth.

A very interesting watch. AA mentioned they are still searching for suppliers of the powertrain, and battery etc so assuming that means the charger too. The host suggested floating charging stations? which is something AFC would probably be ideal for. Whether it be floating or dockside in Greenland fjords or the Amazon River, I think this would be ideal for AFC and could offer a showcase for AFC to get started in supplying power to a big range of marine applications. I have mentioned awhile back about dockside charging for big cruise liners that have to keep their polluting engines running on heavy fuel oil to supply their own electricity as it would be too costly to plug into the dock into the grid. AFC would be the solution, whether it be dockside or autonomous within the boat, all that would be needed is a supply of ammonia to power fuel cells for electric power.
Musc.. I suspect it'll come with a campaign to clean up the oceans of plastic, oil etc
We don't know for sure yet that it sis power boats but it's the most obvious.
Only 40 mins before we find out more.
There's a slim chance there could be... Would it be off grid? AFC haven't really proved themselves yet so it would be a big risk for AA.
Announcement at 13:00 CET. E1 Series... A world first. Looks like electric power boats to me.

Whether or not they have a CE mark, I wonder if one or two of these NDA's are trialling them, hence the lack of news.

People keep asking when the media storm is going to start, surely it must be in conjunction with the XE racing season?.. Strike while the iron is hot?
I wonder what the new racing project is, will we be involved... Motorcycle E... Powerboat E, to highlight the pollution to the oceans from plastics etc dumped in the sea to smoky heavy fuel oil engines.
