The good news is, if the low price now is due to the markets overreacting due to uncertainty. Come march 2nd the rights to price will be low.

Once that uncertainty is gone on March 2nd the price might snap back up..

Mag just turned up here on Monday. Probably bought in around 80 to 100p

He only looking to get his cash back or make 10% then he will be gone to the next stock.

Nothing wrong with that.. however most who owns faron are long term investors and our calculations are based different from his

Mag, I never sold anything, infact I bought 3500k of shares the last 2 days. Which makes my total share count over.. none of your business.. LOL but its alot!

Should I have waited for the offer? Not sure.. all depends on what happens with the share price the next 2 weeks.

Its a complicated calculation between

1. having more rights to buy shares

2. Availible cash

3. My current ave price

4. Amount of shares I own

5. selling my right to buy

Technically based on 80 million share dilution, the price should have dropped from 167.5p to 117.7p to stay perfectly balanced.

Take 35% discount for the rights to buy leaves you with 76.5

So idealy we should now be at £1.17 (€1.354)

and the offer to buy more shares at 77.5p (€0.88)

Thats probably what faron were thinking would happen

To get their 40 mill they will need to issue the whole 80 million shares at 43.5p a share

we are looking at a market price of 67p which gives a 35% discount

(right to buy can be between 30 to 50% discount of market price)

You will be giving the right to buy a X amount of shares at X price. What you dont buy you should be able to sell.. around 10% of the what the right to buy price is

Hower if you owned 1000 shares your allocated rights to buy could be 2000 shares.. so buying more now gives you more rights..

We are all in the red, and it would seem like, if the price rose now, our portfolios would look better.

But the maths say, a lower offering price will be cheaper to break even.

Scenario

You own 1000 shares at 1.65 ( price on monday)

You are even at this point.

Today you are down massively. To break even what would it cost?

Offeing at 30p need to buy 3,500 shares = £1,050.00

40p buy 5,250 shares = £2,100.00

50p buy 10,500 shares = £5,250.00

I would encourage everyone who owns shares to google, 'tail swallowing'

Everyone will be in the red now, but If you don't or can't spend any new money but still want to average down, many investors use a trick called Tail Swallowing:

​You sell some of your rights to generate cash.

​You then use that exact cash to buy your remaining rights to buy shares

​Result: You get a few new cheap shares without reaching into your own pocket.

So because this is a pre-emptive rights issue, the rights themselves are a tradeable asset.

If you don't want to buy the new shares, you can sell your right to buy to someone else

You have to own share otherwise 19th Feb upto the EGM to qualify for the rights offering.

So if you sell now in the hope to buy in later, you could lose your rights if you are not back in by the 19th

Faron must provide 21 days' notice for the March 2 EGM to authorize the 80 million new shares. They cannot legally price what doesn't yet exist. Only after this vote can the Board set the price.

Thats why we are left in limbo.

If only they announced that they were doing a share offering at £1 then thats where we would be sitting right now..

I can only assume they told everyone 3 weeks in advance so they could spend that time touting up trade for it in advance to gage what sort of price the big investors were willing to pay..

I dont think Juhu anticipated the share price to go so low.. he wont get away with a offering price above the low share price.

We are oversold.. well on AIM we are.. not.sure over on the naz as the data isnt accessible. If they are in tandem with us then farn is so oversold.. they have to find shares from somewhere...

The story of Bex is quite amazing, it feels like they need a good PR man. Someone who is good in front of the camera...

Well we wont have any news untill after the EGM so are we just to be left to twist in the wind?!?

Ive topped.up 4 times over the past 2 days.. would appreciate it the stock stabalized..

Traditionally this share is very quite, nit much movement.. my guess is after tomorrow, anyone who wants out will be gone, anyone who wants to top up will have and it will calm down, with any luck the oversold factor will cause us to rise back above £1...
