The Conflict: The market release hours for London and Helsinki do not align perfectly.

​Faron's Defense: To ensure equal treatment of all shareholders, Faron followed a practice established in 2019 to delay certain announcements slightly so they could be released simultaneously in both markets.

The Ruling: The Disciplinary Committee ruled that local disclosure rules must be met "without delay," regardless of whether it prevents simultaneous publication in London. Faron states it will now work with both exchanges to resolve this compliance paradox.

More.like they will be off loading them onto the market... we will need some sort of massive news to get the share orice to rice significantly..a partner on board which isnt gonna happen this year or trial results.. which wont be realised this year...

Hope this guy contributes to a raising share price.. i mean, talk about spreading yourself too thinly.. is it his name to get on the team with as.many companies as possible... ? He will be like the lawyer who only has half an hour a month scheduled for your case..! Not enough time to do anything!

Just looking at the RNS, its the same language that all the other 5 million companies he is involved in uses.

Told you all a week ago thats their gameplan and wasn't happy to see these leeches owning so many shares.. they will keep.flipping for their 10%, holding the proce down.. while us little guys are hoping the shareprice rises so we are back to even after the diabolical rights offer!

With all the new guys who make it onto team.. you'd think one would be on board to look after our interests!

They only have to sell at 43p for a 10% profit

Did I read the RNS correctly, heights capital rights shares, they got at 45 cents rather than the 50 cents everyone else paid..

That would explain why we are hovering around 40p..

Also means they can sell for a quick profit at the same price we call paid.. hope they dot pin the share price down as the drip feed their millions of shares...

Well we are funded for the end of phase 2.. that takes us all the way to end of next year.. so we are not worried about money.

We have a good company doing our tests.. plus a bunch of new ones for other forms of cancer..

Juhu in his fireside chat said that the potential partners were using there low funds to low ball them.. so any offer wasn't accepted.. but they were interested.. once phase 2 complet data is out.. they will have to pay more.. which I think they will!

So the price is incredibly low.. lower than the rights offer.. cant see any of the new shares being sold lower than they were bought.. so take advantage of the low price.. I just bought a couple of tranches this morning..

And dont forget Parexel who is doing their trials.

Parexel can open trial sites in dozens of countries simultaneously, something Faron couldn't do on its own and apparently they have massive databases to find eligible cancer patients quickly. And they are known to the FDA and know what the FDA want.. they too are looking for success so they wont take on a trial they think will be a dud...
