II just migrated my shares into my main account.. good to see.my average lower a bit.. still its all hard to swallow when I was well up and now im well down@

Not convinced hights capital can be considered sticky hands.. mabe slippy hands when they start selling them off!

Wasn't happy to see their name as a major owner. They will drip sell making a profit, but keeping the share price from jumping up.. then they will take their profit and buy a bunch more on the next money raise..

They will basically act like a ball and chain on the share price!

The deal is done, the money is secured, and the company is now fully focused on the science and the upcoming Phase II trial results.

However, 7 million in fees to do this! Robber banks

And IPF have 1.5 million warrants at the rights price.

However.. at least they now have a clear path to run their clinical trials for the next year and a half.

Subscription Levels: Current shareholders bought about 52.3% of the available shares. The remaining shares were picked up by "Cornerstone Investors" and "Guarantors"—investors who had already agreed to step in if the public didn't buy them all.

Farn has always moved slowly, few trades.. comes alive at certain times..

Rights issued out on the 15th.. those extra shares may make a few waves.. up or down..

We are still way undervalued. Still think we should settle up to 1.20 and then set this as a base

Do we have a date for when we recieve our rights shares into our accounts..? Not sure if I missed them giving us the date or now!

We are just waiting for the RNS settling all the rights issue shares, and informing its fully subscribed and who has had what.. then we start the next stage of faron, fully loaded and fear of not having funds is taken off the table.. we should start to see a bounce back..

Maybe a little up and down as some may start selling their rights shares for quick profit...

But we should be safe now for more good news announced..

If I remember correctly, the price before the rights announment, plus the extra share dilution, the price should be around 1.20.. but then add more good results.. price should be higher..

But for now.. lets stamp all the paperwork, get our shares in our accounts and break 50p

Ii says subscription is closed. They have taken my money i loaded in my account for the rights offer.. no mention of where it is though..!

The email about temporary suspension is a good thing while they arrange shares/funds ect..

Hopefully an annoument saying fully subscribed will follow soon and a sharp rerate in share price now that financing for the next 2 years is sorted!

Looks like II is allowing you to sell your rights now.. anyone else with II se this or have sold their rights?

I was 80% up, now im 50% down.. gonna minimise that a bit by taking up some of my rights.. but still, thats a massive gap to fill.. I know some others are far more down than me..

Just got a reply back from II. They said, "the rights are listed on the LSE for trading. However a colleague in global trading advised that there is only one market maker involved and they wont purchase the rights"

So here's the 3 options that II are giving me below.. any advice here? They dont say how many rights you have.. do ypu just guess a figure?

Anyone done this via II before? Whats the process? Do you imput your total cash in option 1!

OPTION 1: Do Nothing (Default). Your rights will lapse if you do not sell or exercise them by our deadline date.

OPTION 2: Exercise your Rights in full or in part. Under the terms of the rights issue, every 13 rights can be exercised to receive 9 new shares in Faron Pharmaceuticals Ltd at EUR0.50 per new share.

OPTION 3: If you have exercised all your rights on option 2, you may also apply for additional shares. Excess applications may be subject to scaling back. Refunds resulting from this are generally received back from the company within 2 weeks.
