It's quite interesting to see how so little trades move the share price and it's not surprising when you see how the majority of shares are held by non sellers..

Some very interesting statistics here

Like there are only just over 10,000 individual investors and 8000 of them only hold between 1 and 500 shares.

1850 investors hold between 501 and 10000 shares

But the vast majority of the shares are held by only 159 people/institutions hold between 10001 to over 500000 shares and they hardly have ever traded them.

Just means the shares being traded are a tiny amount

Before the placing, The 30 largest Shareholders owned a total 41,443,308

That's 82.13% of shares which most have never traded them.

Free float was just a tiny 17.87% of which many of us are not trading.. which means the acuall shares available to buy is ridiculously low!

A phrase keeps running through my mind when Faron employed a new member for their team. He said on his linkedin status something like, "very happy to be a part of finlands most famous pharma company"

For such a small company we seem to be getting into some big conferences and handed goverment Grant's ect...

plus they are growing their presence in the US. US listing has been mentioned before.

Wouldn't surprise me if good results come from hibiscus they would drop a US listing to attract cash from over there to send Traumakine to market... this could happen within 6 months as the trial is now recruiting in various places.

In fact be happy we have these large investors.. we are only riding their shirt tails and if we stay on course then we will be ok!

Also Timo adding so much... he obvious has alot of money, but it would be interesting to know if he sold other stocks to add to faron

Yes the share price is Lower than the high of nearly breaching 5 last week but alot has happened that adds confidence for us small fries.

Big banks, funds and large private investors have added paid millions to be apart of the faron story.

You don't spend millions if you think the data for bex is shabby and the EIC would pay in a second time if they didn't think we had potential.

I wonder who speaks with Timo when they ask if he want to invest more... I could imagine that conversation being a bit more detailed than the RNSs we get!

Faron BB has always been a good place for exchanging research and thoughts on this stock with it being the circus you see on other BB.

Lets keep it that way without the insults.

I'm very happy about the placing, we needed to boost the balance sheet and that makes us so much stronger and that will be backed up if we see some notable names buying in.

No need to worry about money pulling the price down

EIC in for a 1/3 that's confidence for you plus they had other reassurances perhaps some new institutional investors or existing ones. The first swedish pension fund should be in for more.

Said this last week but whenever we have a placing they get market value... but I bet in negotiations the investors said we will pay 365 a share, hence the drop in price!

For a small pharma we seem to be getting presentations in some important places.

Things are coming together.. I have every confidence in the faron team
