My understanding is, Price sensitive info has to be realeased via rns. but to announce it at esmo they are under some sort of restriction not to announce it.

Perhaps this rns is just to cover their backs

I suspect that the share price is pushed down to get perspective investors onboard. As we know they always pay what the share price is.. but if they lower it for some big whales then we rise back to 5 they will be happier to invest millions...

I'm not selling for a while anyway. Yes would have loved to smash 5 for confidence but still I wouldn't of been selling.

Sax, I thought any new data that is price sensitive had to be RNS first, but in this case ESMO get first dibs... ESMO must be a big deal with influence to require it to be published there first...

My only gribe with new data is that, yes it's groundbreaking g but the markets are not intelligent enough to understand it to give it value.. I suppose all they understand is basic results..

However saying that markuu seemed to say everyone who is immortant, Inc the big pharma are at ESMO..

Checking out the top shareholders

Danske bank bough another 188,000 shares
Citibank sold 35,000 shares

Overall between the top 30 shareholders they increased there holdings by 88,000 shares

Thinking about what markku said about the data from the last paitents from the Bex trial.

Some to the effect of theyso much they still haven't gone through it all. Which is where the new info that will be realeased at the conference in a couple of weeks time.

But the amount of data they seem to have, its very possible the answer to who responds and who doesn't may be sitting in their desk!

On the point of the insider sells. Yea she isn't on the BOD so it never had to be RNS but she also is a working family women who is set up for life with her fathers wealth.. In the meantime having some spending money you can't blame her selling a few.. Who know she may have paid off a mortgage, built an extention, had a kitching refit, bought a new car..

Point is she sold a tiny fraction and still has loads of stock.. But for sure it in no way says that she has lost confidence in where Bex is going

We know from previous interviews that Marrku has been speaking with other companies but faron visio remains the same, more data on Bex before a deal is done.

I'm not planing on selling ATM anyway so very happy to wait.

If some large company buys us out.. Good, if we go it alone then more value to us!
