It's rediculas how the MMs are lowing the SP on very small sells.

It's as if they are trying to generate sells but most holders are Holding.. Can see through their games which I think is to fill a large order.

Shocking behaviour from the gready MMs if this is what they are doing!

Reckon he knew all along he wouldn't be finishing this and selling it on the cheap

He also knew if he awarded himself enough shares even on the cheap he makes a fortune

A lot of people have been in and out of this share.

I am one of the fortunate ones who was in then very much down then averaged down and existed with a profit

But the situation now makes me feel a sick as a dog for the ones who are at at loss here.

Yes the BOD are made for life after issuing themselves many multiples of shares but the average Joe who believed I the company have taking a rod up the rear end as they say.... impailed to death!

What's more sicking is the new company will be taking the potash right beneath the peole they took it legally from

Surely this is whole situation is criminal and deserves an investigation from the goverments

Who has never been interested in day trading his shares.

Also farn BOD seem to respect him as a long term investor in their company as he is always invited to take part in private placing.... this would not be the case if he was day trading this share

Except he has never sold any stock in faron... only bought more.

So gammy you are correct that there is nothing to stop him selling and averaging down, but he would have already had to of sold at 2.70ish... and since he hasn't declared a TR1 that is just pure unfounded speculation

Not the new investors but rather faron themselves who can't sell or issue any new shares for 6 months after 12th November 2019

Been thinking about what Finnish institutional investors took part in the placing last.

If I recall correctly they had to hold their shares for a full 6 months before they can sell them?

Also its a shame we never were told who they were.... Does anyone know how we can find out?

I agree. It's hard to tell if the sells where Acually buys over the past few days... Still convinced its the MMs lowing the SP to fill someone's large order

I'm of the same mind... Would rather see us fly than dive... I'm fully loaded but if we dropped to rediculas lows which I doubt very much I might start searching down the back of the sofa to buy more

However.. I'm sure we will get some news soon on one of the fronts and then we will be testing 3 quid again

Some are clearly taking advantage of the cheap SP

In my opinion the MMs have lowered the SP to get shares from fightened investor's and some have sold out...
But also the PI can take advantage and top up

This will bounce up soon and I suspect a tr1 will be the catalyst... unless it's a finish Pi or II and we may never know who!

But the drop now seems very artificial and I think soon it will bounce back very fast

Normal trading between news and the SP is quite stable.

Now why has the SP started to drop so suddenly.

This has happened before and then boom a RNS drops and someone declares a TR1
