i suggest go back and listen again and you will see that the gold is far bigger deal than you are trying to make out

basically clevegen if the key to directing any other immunology treatments to kill cancer in a safe way without killing any good cells

but its more because it can also turn on the immune system to kill a host of other cancers as that other treatments only partially try to do but only for 1 type of cancer per drug

T cells kill cells in your body that they deem a threat... they do this by having a detection system called a PD-1
if the T-cell was the gun PD-1 is the man who see the target and pulls the trigger,

so normal cells have a coating n them called PD-LA and this tells the PD-1 don't shoot me

Great except cancer is clever and can disguise itself by covering itself with PD-LA in effect telling the T-cell I am a good cell

some company's have found a way to turn inhibit PD-LA so the T-Cells can kill the cancer cells... except it also turns PD-LA off on normal cells and the treatment then causes major side effects.

The companies who have found these PD-LA and PD-1 inhibitors only have an individual drug to target specific cancers and they are expensive. Current checkpoint inhibitors each have a list price near $150,000 a year

where does clevegen come in...

Maybe a drop of 20p over the next 2 days then a gradual rise to 3.80 plus leading up to next news
