CB doesn't exercise any reconciliation thru RNSs and either from his own utterings or thiose who report to him or provide figures for him to use. This is wild west country. To wit ......PRODUCTION Q1 1200 Ozs Explorators share 297 OZ SOLD Q1 314 Ozs ( Get it !! He has added in Ozs from Q4 2017 ) Explorator Income (SOLD Q1 ) 333,000 $ XTR Share 133,000 $ XTR Costs 107,000 $ Giving Available cash for Head Office costs of $26,000 for Q1 or $8,700 per Month. IMHO not enough to keep the lights on and salaries paid. From the last RNS my thoughts are. 1) We have not increased performance and production Qtr on Qtr 2) Carry forward of Gold Ozs from Q4 and increases in POG make us look good. 3) No Moz ounces in there cos they were only expected to turn from 01/04/18 4) We only have Sino production with a small contribution maybe from Omnia. 5) The stock piling by Omnia was fruitless and may have been rejected by Omnis due to low grades. 6) Rains have certainly devastated site and Sino have done well to get anything out !!!!!! 7) We can write Omnia out of the whole business. If they have let us down like this and cant produce at all after 6mths work then their competences are insufficient to do ard rock. 8) Omnia must be nursing multi million $ losses. Take your jacket and F--- Off 9) Rains still falling in April !!!! But if the rest of the quarter lets us access site then if Moz and Sino can ge cracking then .......... (watch this space, I will) 10) Grade on alluvials isn't going to be great it would seem. shame !! 11) If Moz don't come right then our �400,000 is a gonna with all the penalties. 12) South African Mining Talent run dry. Only the ones with a big story left Shame !! 11) CB's tantalizing threat of a super RNS to come was made to fuzz the mood following what he knew would be concerns following this weeks RNS. 12) We all know him to be a multi faceted less than obvious will o the wisps cum purple pimpernel type character (wiley!!). 13) Keep eye on the weather ...... it matters. We have two aspects which can effect sp. 1) T3 and the Prospective Mine. We have the drill results here so all the excitement is out. Further drill is just confirming the potential of the first drills up ore reserves and will only incrementally adjust these calculations. We are now therefor in the doldrums as paper work is generated up to Mine build decision. If a yes then its Mine build and spend spend spend. Then its production and ramp up to prove out nameplate numbers and grades. All full of risk and not attractive to investors these days. When free cash flows it will look better. Or if Cu price rockets the it will get lively. Until then we have 3? years hard slog to FCF. and dull sp 2) We are drilling very exciting T1 and T23. If results are long and high graded and maybe not to deep then sp will respond strongly. 3) From 2) above add the fact that we will then have proved up a whole new regional Cu province and we will have a major slice of it. This will add significantly to the push I suggest in 2) AIMHO and I know nothing

CB was with BCL (An Anglo ''sponsored'' Mine in Botswana) for some years a long time ago. LC was a bright young thing with Anglo ..... found his way to top of Braemar (with Conroast) where CB found him or he found CB at JLP. They joined the Companies which has proved a really good fit on technical and complimentary skills and good working relationship IMHO. Though sp has been a disappointment ......so far !! Good personality fit too. LC is an extraction genius with integrity and a very solid Personality. CB is a very talented deal maker and a wise ''Old Bird'' ........ get it ? falling of my chair laughing here. ...... Old B ...... OK never mind then. Moneyhawk Absolutely spot on with your analysis and assessments. IMHO. I don't think BMR have the money to move and if they do find the money then they don't have the infrastructure or organization or historically informed Technical capacity to come up with a technical plan to meet the constraints placed on them by the Zam Govt. Further if they do manage to establish an alternative route to go which doesn't include us then we will want redress and that will be expensive. The only possibility I see is an out right sale and this would need the support or even sponsorship of the Zam Govt. Not impossible I suppose but it rides rough shod over their efforts and indications of the last 4 months. Presently I have the impression it has declined from ounces to smiggens. I guess it is conceivable it is a closely guarded secret. Real consumption here would be a powerful push for Tatje and has been referenced by CB in this regard. Tatje is of course the only really long term ....... long long term project we have so probably not under the hammer lock stock and barrel. IMHO we will keep a decent slice and yes under Northam Management is OK by me if their finances can stand it. I must check if they are on our boundary. Things are feeling different here again.

You show a comprehension of the mechanisms behind the shares and warrants of our company which I suspect is past most of the BB readers and contributors here. fivO's observation is an oft mentioned observation here and we simply don't have insight into where this bottomless pit of selling is coming from. Your time lines make sense to me as do your valuations. Such considerations wouldn't keep me invested here frankly the tempo of play is just too long. My excitement is generated by the shear scale and timing of the '' discovery '' . In this vein T3 open pit and is old news as it were and we just plod on to mine decision (which I don't take for granted) in 2019 Q1 As too with T3 u/g and the greater T3 dome westerly steps out. The only prospect of excitement I think is what the drill might reveal over on T1 and what is ref as T23. All measurements indicate a sever pregnancy and the ground work doesn't say eureka but '' That's strange '' which is a thought which pre-ceeds every really exciting discovery. With the doldrums of doing the paperwork to get to decision to mine we are running an expo book as well on a truly epic scale. I agree our efforts in far of Asian lands have been some what unrealistically hopefull. Good Luck to us with that. We should have seen that coming. I don't think our actions gave us any credit amongst our peers. Lets hope our judgement is better next time. Perhaps our confidence is dented. What is everyone talking about ?? We know Northam are going to help with Platcrow and at a grade of 2.5 g/t that might be more Pt than they have ever seen before ....... and its loafing around on surface. Are they really going to start the ball rolling on a new giant mine with prices in long term decline linked to the demise of ICE technology. Ok I hear you say FS will use loads of Pt. Well actually NO. Polymers will dominate possibly with a smiggen of PT but the days of big chunky Pt electrodes are gone. So there may well be news of cuddles between Northam and JLP but it wont get value clocked on sp for years. Northam would be the best possible so lets hope for that. And yes Northam would get excited at any prospect but most of them will be long gone fishing in Durban.

Some here will remember the take over of Braemar by JLP. It was the single transaction which has defined us since. Not least in that it brought Leon to JLP shareholders with Conroast. Things got messy but JLP managed to change emphasis (I avoid saying change track) and with some dilution stayed live until we could deploy LC genius and find the grove. I have oftimes been critical of CBs ability to choose Men but on this one '' balls out '' he got it right. No one could argue we don't have mass and momentum now and have ourselves very much on a track which is really in tune with the times. I have harked back to the Braemar deal as I think CB will clarify the relationship with BMR to the benefit of all as with Braemar. The experienced posters here can see all the doors are open. When the last foot falls I will be very critical. I believe CB will try to attach Gallileo. (I mean he has noticed all those spoil heaps and tailings around O'Kiep surely) I have the sense that it is a bit of a favourite of his so I am anxious about the dispensation he will try on. That said as the BMR deal unfolds contrary to my initial fears I expressed, I don't think JLP have been short changed. So the theme is '' Take what is a Social and Environmental abomination and nuisance; apply some Science and Engineering and nullify the abomination and nuisance and produce prolific wealth '' I think its a runner ............. We are getting 2 ...... I said 2 RNS ONE RNS this week or early next week with results which will be well met. ie '' quite '' good ANOTHER RNS in 6 or 7 weeks time which will have some very interesting exciting info. What can it be ?? I suggest a guessing game to keep us busy. To answer that we can start by asking what takes 6 to 7 weeks. ?? Anyone ?? I will kick of with the following. Maybe recently one of the machines dragged up a giant lump og near solid gold (Like we see in the movies of the Klondike) So they will have to process to a Dore then ship to Refiners and assay labs to establish purity. I think there is a 7 to 8 week minimum time line on that. (This is just a wildcat theory !!) OK anyone else wanna come up with something which takes 7 to 8 weeks and can be described as good news from outset. I discount contract signing as that is run of mill and has a chance of falling thru.

If the cores come out stiff rigid and solid without breaking then if in Lopolith that will be better than if they crumble and break up when extricated I '' imagine '' Martin will have seen that I expect !!

Definitely endorses our strategy of picking up surface dumps and ripping the PGMs out. When they talk about harvest mode I take it to mean the big Mines are only mining ahead on ore which is already exposed by development. ie they have dropped all development costs and investment on new resources and plant (ie drilling, vent shafting, haulages out to new areas and levels etc........) This This will put very serious constraints on their grade control and is a loose loose spiral as time goes on. Eventually production falls off a cliff. We have already dropped nearly 2M oz pa I think in RSA..... Norilsk talking price of PGM down for 2018 ......... glug. But Pt is valuable ...... its just that PGM industry invested heavily in the ICE transport system and its need to stop polluting only to find it was an unreliable market as disruptive technology pounced. It will run its course and as ICE declines many of the old mines will shut and the market for PGM will become better defined and will stablize. Then the pull back on PGM prices. That is where Tatje comes in ......... In 5 to 10 years time. At Tatje Our Grade is excellent and we start at decent depths and we have huge ground. It will be hot.. BIC is hot but no doubt Northam can advise us on that, Its a good property to have for the long term future as it is destined to be a giant. This kind of Mine (big expensive very long term mining and mega valuable) was in the past built and nurtured to profitable production by Mining Houses. They used the profits from existing properties in their stable to float them on and pave their way thru the difficult early stages. Most of these Mining Houses are shadows of themselves in RSA just now if they are indeed present at all.

Very very slow loadings all yeaterday and Sunday and again this morning early. Presently much slower than normal service but it has improved thru this morning. Still way off what I have been used too

TK take $11,340 per ton for refining costs and their margin which will include their costs of sales post refining. RBW take $2,340 for our all mining costs and concentrator costs and then we have to pay $640 per ton for transport and duties etc out off. I do hope this will be renegotiated once TK have covered all their start up costs and plant build. Nice if BOD could share this info. Drilling on Lopolith going ahead. Look forward to grades end of April.
