Makes sense and answers a lot of questions. What is really great for me is it holds BMR's nose to the grind stone. Woffleing, and procrastinating will cost them more than it will cost us. They are where they are because they have an inability to make progress on anything. I also think that LC will want a bigger plant and it will suit the Zambians. I have my suspicions they (ZG) are a primary motivating force behind getting this up and running. With new plans ((much increased tonnage thru put to say 1000 / day )) in their hands BMR probably stand a good chance of raising the money. If they cant get the dosh then they stand a chance of loosing big time ........ in fact game over for them. Probably frantic planning and site clearance from now till June. Don't get the beef about RNS ...... I'me cool ...... any time Leon its OK with me .

We are standing at the dawn of one of civilizations greatest changes. The last one was lead by America as they brought the ICE economy to existence. Some might argue the mobile phone ??? This one is being given birth in China. It will be quicker than the ICE revolution as there is so much competition being brought to bear. China / USA / Europe. and with in the ev fraternity there is serious competition developing from H2 EVs or FCEVs Its gonna blow our sox off this year and next year. Pundits saying although China 6 mths quotas / exports of REE is down to 70% of last year we mustn't think that they will pull back on exports as the full year quotas / exports will be as declared ..... same as last year. Mmmmm probably ......... not and as consumption and forward ordering is ramping up it is by no means certain there wont be a serious squeeze on the mining industries capacity to meet demand. yeyh !! punch the air and high fives all round.

The giant carbonatite 2.5 Km strike emplacement they have found it probably not a big priority as the Mine is getting itself sorted. My recollection is it is relatively low grade though vast. There are lots of available material they have knowledge of which will give high grade and so will prove much lower cost to pick up and process and will quickly provide their tonnages. So for now these high grade deposits are enough for them to be dealing with and will provide for their production plans. The giants will need many drill holes to define them in any meaningful way and they don't have the finance just now to go for it. A couple of holes will just be a waste of money and time as it wont achieve any insight to the reserves in the giant occurences. So once the mine has decent fcf then they can be investigated with a view to blending mill feed as our current feed long term will prove quite rich and its not good practice to pick the eyes out. It is usually expected to mine to ore reserve. We don't have an ore reserve yet. Over time we will develop a reserve and gradually include the giants as cash becomes available to drill them properly.

This is expected to be the prefered battery for EVs (NEV) by end of 2018. That punches up the demand for Ni substantially. This realization is possibly connected to our current squeeze up together with our own Feso expectations. ....... (June)

Cant see how BMR have much leverage at all. I am don't think they have the skills to exercise it if they could spot an angle. All plans discussed involving JLP are possible of course and I agree TBTT assessment of LC. He will be uncomfortable dealing with anyone who isn't a straight dealer. He will want to give himself room to work without looking over his shoulder. The only out or option for BMR which doesn't involve a lead by JLP (which will involve technical and BOD dispensations in favour of JLP) would be if BMR can find a buyer lock stock and barrel. Clearly the buyer would have to pay us off AND would have to satisfy the Zam Govt they can fulfil the time constraints to production or agree alternatives or expect the licence held by BMR to be withdrawn on penalty. Well ?? .......unlikely. If the signing is to be delayed then it is just due to a lack of urgency OR it is due to serious demands from either side which I cant see BMR being able to achieve much in any attempt to preserve or increase their influence or control. What a timely, tidy, disciplined RNS. I have been messing about with mines for decades and this is one of the best displays of Management control and savvy know how I can recall. What a pleasure ......... besides the obvious economic achievements. Best of British ........ any awards ?? surely there will be some industrial/Management recognition at some time.

The take away for me is that results are putting us on, and will likely maintain us, on a trajectory to establish a standard compliant resource. This whilst there is production. So by year end I am looking to us having an operating mine (5000 Ton / Annum) with a jorc? compliant resource. That will be recognised by most analysts. But yes bit deflated by the lopolith story ......... I think ? I want this to be dealt with in a more descriptive way ...... maybe using the word '' Lopolith ''. They probably regret using that word now.

We will have the same rights as all the other shareholders. In our case nearly 1/3 of BMR. That's if BMR throw it open to shareholders. But if they want to do a private placing then BMR can choose or not to have us on their play list. The only leverage we could deploy to get ourselves invited to be a subscriber would be thru our BOD representation. So not inconsiderable influence.

I find Nexus involvement a real downer. Whilst we have to endure a 60 / 40 split its like we are the junior partner but have to do all the graft. Well we are and we do.
