MOD chances wra we would loose our AIm listing. Besides I don't think MOD would want our otherstuff ........ so I hope we just take a big shareholding and hand over our share of the licences ....... say end up with MOD stake of 45% of MOD and put it together with all or other shares and Tai and Spain. ........ but keep our AIM listing. Then if MOD get taken out we get our Kching moment. As far as I can see this will be our cleanest realization of asset. ....... Unless we take out MOD.

Many who have some insight into practical mining will be familiar with this phrase. I personally have used it in connection with deep level pressure bursts. In such an event damage can be caused to mine accesses and workings as well as services and all manner of equipment and plant not to mention injuries to persons. Such an event would stop production from all effected areas until such time as a work program can be executed to bring the damaged zone back into production. We have been told about the exceptional rains and have evidence ourselves from the internet. In my opinion the extra ordinary rains are an act of God. A clean up will be required and as yet we dont know to what extent the workings (surface) have been effected. It is true we have no suggestion from Explorator that future production has been compromised. We do have an indication that Sino have faired reasonably well but that our other contractors have been adversely effected ........... but no hint as to how this will effect future production. Cool it folks CB will just take this in his stride and turn up for another day at the office. Its what Mining Men deal with on a daily basis. No big deal in the Mining environment. I appreciate many here do not have insight so maybe this can give a little perspective. Add to this a little sense that we are not running a standard operation here at Maniaca..

I have seen us as needing to circumvent the crushing over burden of the Mining communities lack of capacity for change unless driven by legislation (they would say ''hostile'') and their complete commitment to the career paths of their Managers. (ie fanakalo ka lo izolo or in English no change do it just like yesterday) So if they are to change process then the two year stint before they move on to promotion and pay rise cant be done as they have to make changes and see them thru ........... and of course they don't think they can be sure it will work so it becomes a cock up and is a severe riskto their career.

getting here now. Even meaningful views of charting analysis. I like to construct concepts of the driving forces which produce the business imperative. We have four commercial entities involves 1) AXM, 2) JohnWebster, 3) Multicom, and 4) StorEn. I see StorEn as the key motivator and even ''raison d'etra'' for the way forward. They make Vanadium Electrical storage units. Multicom are big in electrical leads and connectors so can it be they have been a supplier of materials and parts (electrical leads and connectors) for production lines for V storage batteries at StorEn. That puts Multicom in the Vanadium battery fraternity. Given StorEn and Multicom are young vibrant Companies they may well be disposed to thinking out of the box and driven by a thirst for a better Vanadium supply they stumbled across the Aussie V deposit.. Not being into mining they wont be burdened with history or custom and sothey went looking fora solution and found AXM and John Walker. This solution would have been re-enforced by the realization the product will be less expensive than stuff already on the market and will be less damaging to the environment. Thats a win win for StorEn who are I think the driving force here.as the buyer of our product. Great ......Thus we circumvent the grip and entrenched interest of the Mining Industry. I hope not !! I hope and expect Borelli take retirement. I cannot see he has anything to contribute and would be surprised if any BMR shareholders disagree with me. My next hope is we fold BMR into Jubilee and welcome BMR shareholders into our fold. They will have had a demo of what is possible and will so see a bright future with us as we trail blaze a new mining world of low cost and enviro friendly activities.worldwide. Most savvy BMR shareholders will already own some JLP shares anyways.

You didn't mention MOD's consolidation ........ something many might think of as dressing up before they go out find a partner and tie the knot ?? !! Some think they are having intimate conversations already. or they are playing the field and out there anyways. Connected to this is our own inevitable change in our relationship with MOD from 30% co owner of licences to owning 36% of MOD. or Some other arrangement the Corporate action fundis here might be able to think of. I don't think cash will be involved.!! ??

Mr G Gundlach draws attention to 1) the historical evidence that an inverted Head and shoulders will give rise to explosive resolution in the form of a massive price rise. Gold has to some opinion nearly demonstrated such a structure on its price chart. Whilst he insists he is not predicting such an explosive price hike to clinch the H&S he says he is watching to see if it happens or in his reported words letting the market prove itself. The explosion he mentions might be off the order of $1000. Also says US inflation seems set to rise ....... that's good so money less likely to go to bonds inspite of rising yields and Fed not likely to intervene unless there is melt down (when they might not be able to do much my word there) Also apart from the guru watch there is indication that US manufacturers are finding capacity constraints could be about to prove a contributor to rising prices ....... good for inflation ...... good for gold.
