Daz ....... sensible post M8 Mining production isn't like factory production. Yes the closer the Manager can get to controlling conditions and equipment to being the same from minute to minute and day to day the better the production, But there are inconsistent (Highly variable) rock conditions and highly variable topography and as we know violently changing weather. That doesn't take into account the Human element. We all react differently to changing and adverse conditions many of which will be very challenging to individual operatives in differing ways. Ok fire the sods who cant keep up or adjust I hear you say. Unfortunately if you need to be beastly to people and fire them at the drop of a spanner you will have other kinds of problems to cope with eventually. Best to be loyal to your employees and as a Manager work at enhancing their experience and resilience (ongoing Training even) and hence their capacity to deal with change on a daily basis. (some people are good at this and some are good at that) But accept in the end really difficult conditions will defeat them from time to time. Just hope they have enough faith in their Manager or Supervisors skills and expertise to solve problems and support them so they stay and go again. I know not very British.

Stands for Market Maker. not Shop Keeper. Without an MM there is no chance of buying and then selling stock. So they put stock on the shelf and sell it to you when you want it. You expect them to have stock any time you come buying and you expect them to take it off you any time you come selling. Problem is the price moves second to second. To run this sophisticated market we need to let the MMs have their techniques to have ordered buys and sells and to make it all economically viable. Obviously this includes a good info system to help ''them'' I wouldn't like to do it ........ I'me cool !!

The pundits were saying 2018 2019 and 20120 would see a good balance of supply with potential for surplus. Since then the realization that the EV era would arrive wiith 2030 as the year everyone focused on as Govts bandied their very enlightened legislation about. How silly that all looks now as private enterprise responds to popular demand for EVs now. Its all coming in a rush making legislation look almost impotent compared to people power. And they all po pooed Trump when he jacked in the Paris Accord. Fact is the Paris Accord isn't just impotent and irrelevant it is actually an impediment. Go Trump. My very poor reading of graphicals suggests 130p is a possible thinking point. So if we breach 135p then we may well be on our way back to 170- 180p Thx posts on shorters position. Cant see them unwinding over 6 years so are we to see volumes lift.as they escape the clutches of their bad decisions

That's how long I have been following the HZM story, Ivor says it for me 3 years off production and we are well pas the expo and proving up phase and into the paper shuffling and Govt and Social Admin stage ....... very dull.!! Certain investment houses like to invest in certain phases of the life of a mine so there will be ins and outs. That said I don't think the market has acknowledged the potential here and we are heading for that key valuation point when our original prospect is a feso and this together with our recent snap on which already has a feaso and the benefit of 4200M dollar spend under its belt. Why did the flog it owf. Well the cynic in me has a theory on that so I have aligned Myself with the big Children who might off made their grab and have run away for now ....... but I am betting they will be back. AIMHO DYOR and I know nothing and I anm the worstest investor on AIM

Agree your points. A Managers FIRST Duty is to make sure there is money in the Bank to meet anything which arises. Clearly having too much money in the bank is wastefull. So our Managers will have to take a simple (actually difficult) decision on how the aim to enhance value is best served by deploying excess funds either in bank now or developed as FCF. As mentioned by TBTT our shares are stupid low at the moment in a stupid low sector so they are very good value and safe to say probably at some kind of a bottom. So wether its me or you or HUM buying shares is a good move. Alternatively we could increase our asset holdings ....... Cora ? or increase the quality of our ore in situ with copious drilling (yes we already have a formulaic program established as policy). I would be happy with any or all of these options . I really don't wanna run out of dosh though but I don't think that is likely with our BOD..

I Mech E are not known for their leadership and avant garde activities and ideas. So I guess they have moved forward a little but their light bulb moment is still some ways off The Guardian ?? They are so up their own backsides with self luv ...... I really have no time for them at all and they can just drift of into irrelevance as they retire to their Dachas.
