Don't we know something about that. So how will that play out for INTEL. They are kicking themselves they didn't take uu out when they could of taken us out for 100M using the '' Tea '' money. I noticed the play in of a long 2 years chart development of a shallow saucer ....... which you mention. So AXM is on my list of shares to add to now which just now makes for quite a crowded buy list for me. Still if one of the more mature holdings pops then that will be a bit of luv to spread around and I am sure a top up here will be high priority. I am already chalking up a top of the range Jag her for Xmas (up from a skoda)

I could make a case to take this Co out based only on the talent in Management it would bring. Having done the deal the BOD could put their feet up and HUM would take care of itself.. Not often that could happen.

I dont think posters here would rank themselves here as exceptionally saavy at corporate shinannigans (except me of course ........ joke !!) but if the folding in of BMR to JLP has occured to us then I suspect it will have occured to LC and the BMR CEO. ....... long ago. I suspect the BMR CEO is holding out for a place on the BOD in return for his help. I dont think LC will go along with that. He knows he will do better with a free hand a-la-Hernic. The best outcome for BMR shareholders would be if they folded in with us. this endless drip drip drip of bad news and compromising revelations is bad for us and must be enormously vexatious for them. Time to get it over with.......... surely !! Thats a stomping bill ...... was it for their 5 ton a day project ......... advisers and consultants and planners and ground works etc. ............. or a tax bill. ......... or rent. Creepy !!

I think we have moved on from those considerations. For me now the Omnia failure is the over ridding consideration. After all said, the photos of big plant, the stock piles pulled, their pedigree, placed as preferred contractor for HR, and they have spectacularly plugged after they have spent such a huge amount of time and effort preferring to go to their own ground. Then their is Moz Again huge effort and expense all gone for a ball of poo. Does this say something about our ground ......... That seemingly Contractors who were so emphatically sold to us by CB have dumped millions and walked. The unspoken threat arising from this is the prospect that we arnt covering our costs and with liabilities to Nexus we can reasonably anticipate running out of money as very high salaries impose a relatively heavy burden on our diminishing bank account. I am always keen to point up the positives but there is a gloomy look here now and we don't have LS to cheer things along

That was harsh mate. I just wanted the crazy push north to 9p to stop (or reverse) so I could buy a chunk having cocked up an adjustment of my funds allocations. Having spotted the likely jerk up I was too slow. I did explain. And I am a good guy !! Positioned for a rise now but I will not be sorry to see further fall for a while. If the buying last week (and the week before) was generated by shorters closing their books then we have an indication the buyers havnt arrived yet. Closing shorters can cause violent sp movements which we havnt really seen here yet. So MMs were able to manage the volumes without capitulation. So one very near term impetus for sp rise has been extinguished with only a 10 to 15% sp rise. We now have the publication of the adjusted reserves to look forward to hopefully this week. It could have been leaked info from this report which persuaded the shorters out.

Mmmmm !! Thiought abat it but ....... but naa !! The Engineering is very interesting and appealing and a defo doing its own thing set up. Lets be honest the way it looks is a deal breaker innit. Good if the style could be as appealing as the cute Engineering.

ARM holdings announced a new chip which they are going to sell into the laptop and pc market and notebook market. Its big leep forward is the low power consumption. Isnt this one of the characteristics of our wafer offering.
