Yes a sickening attitude of entitlement. But I think he is in a strong position for now. Jerramy was wanting out so I am doubtful anyone did him anything he didn't want. That said I don't know the details other than he was of quite an advanced age for the rigours required of him or the performance needed for the new dawn. I hope our Kabwe is capable of a stand alone huge profit and that is why we are there. the Link to Galileo and Angel Zinc I thought was a big benefit to Galileo as they take Angel to production as they can arrange Toll treatment of their Zinc with us at Kabwe and avoid big Capex for plant build.. That in itself will need a decent sized plant, It is clearly an additional income stream but I am watching CB dosnt arrange a sweetheart deal and short change us. Am I wrong ?? AIMHO DYOR

The posting here '' talks '' about the bad weather as being the reason for our disappointing results and the horrible year end report. Whilst I would contribute to the idea that the year end report wasn't that bad (most of it we were aware off) and the weather did impinge on and inhibit successful mining that is actually not a problem Management cant fix. So invest and wait for Management to fix it !! That's my guidance to Myself under such circumstances So If this was our problem then we could wait for the summer and adjust our mining processes to take account of the seasonal difficulties as and when they arrive and investors could sit back and wait for their good judgement to reward them. But we now know this isn't the case or its not the weather which is our problem. The manifestation of the problem is the failure of our contractors to make money. Be this a skills and experience shortage or machine difficulties or Engineering short coming or planning. Its Probably a combination of all that. The bottom line is they have run away nursing what must be huge losses it would seem !! So if that is the manifestation of the problem what is the problem ??. Could it be that our ground is very difficult to work as alluvials ....... to many big rocks and bolders ? Or is there a very hard iron rich layer on top of the gold bearing layers which machines are finding difficult to break thru. Well we don't know !! But if this is the case then we can take it one stage further and blame the Senior Mining Engineers who have over site of our Company Operations. They or he should take this into consideration when deciding on Mining Methods and how to break into the value. That's the disconnect .......... and it has been fostered by poor comms which leaves us concerned about the extent to which CB has played loose with our money. I think our reputation amongst contractors must be suffering and now so wait for Sino to take advantage if they can. I am not saying in a bad way but ...........

Isnt bad. To some extent this gives us a little insurance as they can effectively block a bad deal and I am sure they would. Good old fashioned common sense. Tx feed back on IQE Jamboree. Shorters come and go. We are an ideal target. With our expected forward value the sp will from time to time get ahead of itself and need to pull back as we see now but eventually the process will catch up and the sp will again need to rise to reflect the progress made. I have been here since 4p and this pull back is just more of the same. I fell in here by mistake but it been great and I have learned loads. Essentially I see us as selling the shovels to the ultra high tech gold mines.

I would keep Blue Square well away from any commercial arrangements he enters into with us wrt Kabwe.. I am beginning to have a sneaky admiration for him. He drove a very hard bargain with us (30% to be earned in) on Kabwe and we have given support at every step.

That pic of the Mining Committee is a bit of a downer. We all know what committees are famous for. But lets not be unfair .......... we must give them a break and see where we are in 3 months time. We do have the experience of getting letters of apro from 9 (?) govt departments. Went very well I thought until it got to No 9. Then maybe someone was of sick with a broken arm maybe but that last one did take a while. So we now wait for 20 persons to familiarize themselves with the issues around mining and then contribute. !! Portugal ?? Yes I think mining end of 2019. The 7 years isn't really applicable here. Anyways we are already 2 years down the line. Very low over burden to remove and high grade right on surface just waiting to get scratched up. Yes I think end of 2019 is doable and our MD so far seems up for it. His embarrassing gaff on Main Market listing ; although backtracked and the reporter needs a frigging for getting wrong end of the todays stick ; I think it is an indicator of what MIGHT be in our BODs thoughts. It would also chime in the sense that the high worth investors we want to involve might not want to deal with AIM and were it a German Co they might want a double listing to include the German exchange. The Europeans seem to be following the Canadians in trying to pull Financial influence away from London. These concerns possibly account for his prompt rebuttal.
