It’s a mixture of many excuses.

People / guarantors saying they were not informed correctly
People saying they lied on the forms and didn’t earn the money they said so it was unaffordable
People saying amigo didn’t Do sufficient checks
Every excuse under the sun, and the fact that the whole process was approved by FCA pre ipo means nothing because they changed the goalposts and Opened the door to backdated Claims.

We know this, we have spoke at length for 4 months+ about it :)

It’s all bull And all but a handful are legitimate it is what it is while uncontested any Old excuse.

Most of The customer Will save more money by accepting the offer amigo offers.

Refunds The Interest They paid (plus 8% Apr Interest on that money as restitution ), FOS amd the CMCs charging 50% are the ones coining it in,

That reminds me, our poor Chairman to be Jonathan is already down £7k on his 180,000 shares purchased the other week. He’s lost more month then he has earned working so far :)

I don’t see it but going to 8p but good luck to ya, if it does and you manage to buy around that price.

I think we will see some TR1s before it goes any lower then that.

One thing.

The big institutional holders here are idiots, they have lost so much cash by not limiting their losses early, they have not taken advantage to average down / increase stakes / take the company over / offered or taken part in additional fund raises / forced the company to change direction / so what was the point? Everyone here (Apart from a few traders and shorters ) has lost and so far it seems like it’s for no reason other then A few board members having personal grudges Against one another.

Someone has to buy this out or take a large stake for any of this to be worth while for anyone.

Lending restarted
Roger potentially gone when Jonathan In place
It would have been Only Nayan left
Claims backlog on top of.
Covid holidays finished
Potentially Paid down another £50m Debts
Potentially repurchased a third of the bonds at half price
Potentially have new lending facilities in place
The only thing he would have struggled with is buying back his stock for peanuts.

If Glen has voted and his 28,680,098 shares are included in the votes and if he voted inline with the board then he made all the difference to who won. look at the numbers, 28,680,098 the other way would have changed every vote (or even withheld in many cases).
Did he figure out that he was being used for his voting rights by the board? Is this the real reason why he left?

As long as you limit your losses and let the winners run, you can lose 9 our of 10 times and still be a "successful" profitable trader

That doesn’t include any figures for September. Debt could be down ~£15m more for September if it’s like the prior months, they could have repurchased some of the bonds with the unrestricted cash already.

56m Volume traded so far, it’s like the old days when JB was selling.

It would have been interesting to see where the company stood if roger and Nayan got voted out and JB didn’t get in.

With the results in hand why did glen leave? Was he backing JB after all?

As we said at the time JB was offered 21p before he sold And only offered PI 20p. it was a rubbish offer to PI.
