Basically they got a buyer and are securing a buyout on the cheap and the short term funding secures peel and co brake even on their existing stock and over all position profits.

Peel net sell 6m shares last few days and now buying back, people make it easy for them to pick them back up at lows.

Only difference between now and a few months ago was the Company had ~£15m and was ~£1.50 / share.

So +£15m cash gave it £240m extra mcap in the market.

And all that extra fugazi valuation is worthless with less cash to hand? Nah something isn’t right.

I expect this will delist, my gut says peel and friends have shorted from ipo or something to hedge their current stock and much more, they are aware of the potential value but are deliberately killing it via their financing deals.

Guess delisting gives them an exit from their shorts and financing it hands the company over to them .

I’m Still here for a pre-delist pump, but don’t know if I want to hold some in to privatisation or not yet, as there is value here or they wouldn’t finance it, but then I guess them financing it stops a buyer coming in and scooping it up for current price.

Bigger question Will a new £15m actually make the difference and turn it around? They waste so much so quick and not a penny goes towards short term cash revenue generation.

It’s just confirming what was in the 8/4 rns, proposed delisting subject to vote at a GM next month.

Sensyne Health Plc has announced details of a proposed delisting from AIM. This means that the shares will stop trading on the stock exchange.
The delisting will be subject to approval at a General Meeting expected to be held by 20 May 2022.
A circular is expected to be published in due course.

Doubt it he’s part of the group that initiated the FSP and set the company up with the 10p original financing.

Lots of duplicate volume Friday from trading but they have to settle that stock with its new owners in two days, and if they are forward selling while under the FSP that’s a big no no.

My guess Give it a couple of days and its trading higher.

Might be stretching the possibilities but they need 75% of the vote to delist and the big hitters “only” own ~50/60% of the shares if they are working together, 42m Shares vote against the delisting they can’t do it (but then they dont get funding either )

I have no doubt that the vote will pass and delists June July , but it could be technically possible to block it, so they might aswell buy another £1m worth of stock off the market at all time lows to solidify their plan
