Nothing about the old board signing over Infotagion a few days before they bailed? I know it was a minor and useless company asset but was relevant at the time, you know during Covid when they were supposed to be running it, but just Left it.

Did Jupiter put a board member on Revs board with the condition of keeping >10% of equity ?

Jupiter have been selling since February, they might not be selling all of their holding, there must be some peeved off ipo investors and some very happy ipo exiters who pocketed £180m, who could buy back at a quarter of the price.
