Ever going to find out who purchased the placing. Shares ~12.5% of company - still no tr1s from the purchaser or from the other >3% holders who have now dropped through % points. I like how they use the dual listing as an excuse in the rns’ as to why they won’t always comply with some aim rules but The bulk of the volume has been traded on aim, Asx listing has had very little volume in comparison. Isn’t the rule - Report changes within 3 days ? I’m Not expecting it to make any difference to sp, but it’s a quiet B.B.

What about that delayed trade just printed for 37.5m?, I’d guess a sell looking at the trades around the time but who knows with this share.

Referring to last weeks rns’ for holding conformations shouldn’t we have tr1s (soon?) from Beijing sibo and Abraham now as the dilution would have would have dropped their holdings through a % ? ~£17m Mcap at start of month, now ~£7m. Raise £1m and have £10m wiped off the Mcap.

Can sell at 0.093p, Topped up at 0.095p. Spreads quite tight at the moment.

Still not seen 400m-600m shares appear to fuel the heavy buying that rrl has had since the placing. Placing shares were expected to come to market today so after hours trading might be interesting. Unless they were actually selling placing shares at 0.12p with no spread (so sells reported as buys) and new buys at 0.12p at the same time on placing day last week. Mind you for everyone else the sell price was actually 0.11-0.1185p throughout the day.

Rns 1) They want significant share holders to report their stakes Rns 2) for the Aussies - “The purpose of the Prospectus is to remove any trading restrictions in relation to the securities that were issued pursuant to the subscription as announced on 26 July 2018”

Asx was up 50% to 0.003 AUD = 0.00169110GBP Was only on 3m volume though.

Ignore the NT Just use limit orders at 0.12p and you will be able to buy all the stock you want and order is filled in a few mins. No need to pay more at the moment, Was the same yesterday.

There Was only About 7/8 sell trades most small £6-£500 one for £6k. With Half the placing forward sold at 0.12-0.13p in a day, I’d guess they have made between £40-£60k today so far, not a bad profit for just using your credit line for a day or two. If they get the Same again tomorrow at 0.13P + (plus the trades on asx) they will probably make atleast ~£150k in total minus costs / fees.

4.5 hours in and 300m traded - nearly 1/3rd purchased on the market now.

For Anyone that’s buying using a normal quote and getting 0.13p quoted if you use a limit order and buy at 0.12p it gets filled in a few mins, looks like they are happy selling placing shares for around a 10% profit to anyone who wants them :)

Just Two trades at 0.111p are sells totalling £29, the rest are buys. The sell price I’ve been quoted all morning 0.11-0.115. Fuelled by a few blocks of placing shares sold that will appear at the close of play or delayed over the next few days. That’s my guess anyway, will see in time :)

As a positive 125m traded so far, all look like buys - That’s 1/8th of the placing shares already bought up in just a couple of hours. Could be cleared in around a week

The lower priced raise makes a change, last time I was in this they kept raising at a premium to the dwindling sp. “anyone else explain why this has fallen so far” Basically The share has been a turd for 10 years, has had many placings the shares in issue is huge compared to back then. And no matter what they raise they always seem to want more £ promising that Trinidad will be great, part of me is still amazed it’s still trading as it’s been propped up by investors for years. I Took a few at .12p just for the potential bounce or pump. Like most I’ve Lost a few times in the past with this but hopefully I’ll make a bit back this time, good luck everyone but when in profit to me it’s a take your money and run share, definitely not a long term investment.

Well I’m Happy with my top up, I nearly got the bottom today with my buy at 0.475p,only one real buy at 0.45p beat me :)

16bpd doesn’t sound a lot but it helps pay the bills. fingers crossed in a few weeks we read an rns or news article detailing that $145k spent increased Msmns average bpd total by 50-75%. Obviously any positive need on any other project would be a bonus too. GL
