So have angus actually drawn down on the CLN to pay that £2m or was this from existing funds ( leaving the CLN for drill test & running costs ) ? Have they let us know the CLN terms - when can they convert / when they can / can’t sell / if they can hold a short or not etc. All I know is the 5/20 day prices they can choose to convert at.

Just some rough calcs. 31/10/2017 tanker was sold at $62.15 / barrel, net back $45.08 / barrel. $8.5m If oil stays at $75 (+the premium UEN gets) net back around $60 / barrel ?? 158k x $60 = $9.5m / USD 1.355 = ~£7m net back from first tanker ??

i think a lot of the share price value was attributed to Camtronics and its debt facilities, which they sold off, (but they did keep some of the debt facility) and the trading updates and the placings didn't help either (the shares in issue was 180m now its 750m when you add in broker warrants.) Basically its a company that has never made money and has raised cash every year, however hopefully that has or will change soon now that they have slimmed down, cut running costs and have new products that should be profitable and some should provide recurring income. in total disposals and placings in since 30/1/2018 have now improved the balance sheet by ~�1.5m.

Or you could say the current market cap is equivalent to 212k barrels of WTI @ $68.45, or 197k barrels of brent at $73.68.(USD at 1.354) just think if oil was $92 a barrel sales from one tanker would equal the current mcap.

And another one with $11-12m ~12 weeks after that. I can hold for $24m or $1m a week ;-)

Sod it not waiting, got 8k and 2k shares at under 95p. Another oddity for Halifax - It told me I don’t don’t have enough cash for 10k shares in one trade. And Trying for another batch but getting the unable to trade message again.

Last time i traded UEN I had the same problems had to place orders and hope they went through took me a few days on one batch. I think It’s just because there are so few shares available, and any interest throes the brokers out of whack. so irritating had a £10k quote up at 89p this morning pressed buy “cannot perform ..... “ then NT or only quoting very small qty.

They skipped the dividend and did a buyback instead the sp would be £2+ With how little shares are in issue. Lowest buy quote I’ve had today 89.5p (tried to take it but Halifax is being rubbish) did quote 94.5p and now won’t quote me for even 100 shares. Will try again Tuesday this is irritating me.
